[Resolved] Flipkart — return request rejected by flipkart | |||||
I brought a lenovo vibe k5 plus (Od[protected] for rs7499 on 25th august and i received a different product instead. So within a few minutes i requested a return ([protected]) and after 2 days they accepted it and i got the replacement product on 2nd september. Usually this time i was sure that i would receive the product which i payed for but i still got another product. So immediately i mailed flipkart customer care and it showed refund was initiated on flipkart site but today (3rd september) i got a reply that my return/refund is rejected by the seller (Indiflashmart) and after a few minutes i got another mail from them saying that i wont be able to login to my account. Seriously they disabled my account when i asked for a return, i don't know how can they even do this. This was my first ever return on flipart and they just took my money. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

My account created with Id: +91 [protected] has been deactivated. Every time I try to log in the message is" Account I active. Please contact us". I contacted flipkart customer care twice, but they could not address my problem. The flipkart is requested to expeditiously address this problem and inform in my e-mail I'd: [protected]@hotmail.com.

I brought one plus wireless z headphones on 27 July 2021 and I received only empty box with bill so within a few minutes I requested a return after few days Flipkart customer care contact me I mail them the required documents But my return request is rejected I don 't have my money back in so I'm very annoyed I hope my problem is solved soon

I had orderes a wing centerstage 120 16w speaker from flipkart but when i received and i used it for 4 days then i came to know that there is some problem with the speaker battery so i have raise a return request then its been three days but now they have rejected my return request

I had ordered Redmi 5 pro mobile on flashsale by Flipkart on Wednesday 6th June 2018.Complete payment of 16999 rs was made online through credit card.
On 7th June I received a package containing tempered glass in a plastic case.I requested return as per the procedure on same day.I received message stating that I will be contacted within 72 hours.
I wasnt contacted via phone till 11th June.On speaking with customer service executive he said email is been sent and they are awaiting revert.On reverting the email ;I received email from Flipkart stating that there is unusual return history on my account hence they have blocked my account and rejected return request.
i have sent an email asking for any orders that were returned previously from my account as this is not the case.Flipkart has not yet bothered to revert on same.
I am unable to login to my account hence unable to chat with customer care.
I have been trying to get through on toll free number [protected] for past 4 hours.To my surprise its been busy.This is most worst experience of Flipkart.I have been harrassed enough for 5 days without proper customer service/resolution.
I hereby give you 24 hours to contact me and resolve my query.
If no revert than treat this as a notice before filing complaint in consumer Court.
