Flipkart — Return request rejected for samsung a22 phone

Address: Near Gajanan Coal Depo, Near Nishant Bank, Jawahar Nagar Akola

I have purchased a Mobile phone Samsung A[protected]. This phone delivered me on 17-10-22. After delivery, i found that Phone has a manufacturing defect and the camera clicks all the blurred whitish photo and the sound of phone is also very low as it is a manufacturing defect.. So i raise the return request as it contains only that option With Flipkart. I had a word with customer care. She wasn't trying even to accept that the problem resides. She told me to do many things in my phone to resolve. At last after half an hour she agreed its a physical serious issue. Then she assigned a technician. The technician visited home by Javees and the checked the phone just 5 minutes. I was giving him the proofs showing him that the camera is taking blurred whitish photos but he said Though it is taking the blur photos, if the phone camera is not working (if phone not getting started or shutting down) then only i can accept a return.
Even after showing him the quality of the sound he didn't help out with anything.
The phone is for the long term use.
The thing is if the person is investigating in phone nearly 19000/- he might not be doing timepass. The problem is genuine.
even the Samsung showroom people says that it may be a refurbished phone.
I never seen such type of Fraud, cheating with customer.
kindly make a return request of it and please return our hard earned money. otherwise we need to take a strict action.
