Flipkart — Return yet to be fulfilled

I had recently purchased lg 6.5kg front load washing machine from flipkart.
Was very happy with quick delivery and installation.
Firstly product which i received was 2 yrs old which is not right.
But after installation the next day i found there was rusting (3-4 spots) in drum in one particular area.
When contacted the installation guy and shared pics of same he asked to wash clothes 2-3 times it would get removed.
But even after trying that it was not removed i tried to clean then i found there was a kind of dent inside drum which eroded the surface and led to rusting.
I initiated return straight away and after that i received call from same installation guy that there was one complaint from your end i explained whole scenario then he said he would forward same pics to his head and close the complaint.
The guy exclaimed that as it was online purchase we would not be able to return the product if it would have been purchased from croma, vijay sales they would have done replacement straight away.
I have explained same to customer executive of flipkart but they all said wait for service technician visit but i said he had already called up and he said it is upto flipkart to do next process.
If this is the way i would have to deal with after purchase then i dont think i would buy online anymore from flipkart.

I am without washing machine and still don't know till when i have to be.
Requesting a quick reply and quick closure of this matter.
First my technician visit was scheduled on 23rd june which did not took place then again it was scheduled on 26th june which did happen but flipkart says we havent received update from lg as yet (3rd july 2020).
Date assigned if normal process would have taken place for pickup 4th july, doesnt seem anything is moving in.
My wife has back [robem so she cant wash by hands for so many days we have had to ask our neighbour to wash it... How does it feel to ask neighbour every day to wash our clothes??

This is pathetic the customer service i have received uptill now, everytime i call customer care they are clueless about the procedure that has been taken place.
I have to explain them everytime what has happened from begining god knows how is the company working.
If i had mail id of the CEO i would have emailed him correctly why are not able to make progress because of such third class customer service.
This is my last purchase from flipkart after receiving refund i would uninstall the app and make sure non of my contacts buy anything from flipkart.
Coming to my case
FLipkart customer care executive on call had closed my return request suggesting it is taking long for LG to respond and re-opened new return request which i am unable to track or do anything from the app as in app it says return request rejected as it is re-solved and i have crossed the deadline of 15 days return policy...
After contacting customer care as obvious they dont have any clue they say tech visit was planned on 10th july but did not happen, whereas i received message from LG tech visit would take place on 13th July which also did not take place.
Please let me know "the consumer complaint " forum if you are able to resolve it or else i would go striaght to consumer court and sue flipkart for the nuisance and problems they have caused me in this whole month.
