[Resolved] Flipkart — Returning of order | |||||
Hello i have a online order of a mobile xiaomi 4i order no.OD[protected] through mail [protected]@gmail.com from flipkart and my registered no. And contact no. Is [protected] and the product received has software issues as well as heating issues, the product is damaged from many ways and to return the handset till now i have placed 4 return request and they have rejected all simply by a call where they are guiding for some nonsense troubleshooting which is not fair on their part as it is not a used mobile its a brand new one, why should i repair it or update the phone and use it, if the new handset has so much defect. Updating the phone is not a major issue, issue is if now they have like this worst after sale service after 30 days (as this product has 30 days return policy) they will treat me as dog. Finally sir i want a new handset in next 3 days as they have already wasted 10days and also my so much or i want to sue against them for my phone as well as time. Please look upon this matter. . A message to flipkart have baught around 6-7 phones this year and many different orders, 3 times needed your help for some issues 2 times you were not their to solve it though i contacted you through mail and call, and 3rd time i had to write here.. Great after sale service great behaviour keep going, good for long run.. Next time though a bit expensive will look some other website. Sir please look upon this matter as soon as possible. Just now (after 5mins of submission of complaint) i received a call from flipkart executive throught this number [protected] who asked me my card details and everything from which i paid for the order to reimburse the money, atlast when he asked the OTP i doubted its a spam and disconnected the call. So for flipkart and for his worst services i have to lose my money time and so much mental harassment.. Shopping through flipkart is next to waste of wealth and health.
