[Resolved]  Flipkart — rude delivery guys

I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart in exchange to my old phone and the delivery was to be done by flipkart delivery partner ekart. Delivery was attempted by a guy called akash who was ill-mannered and was very rude. He examined the exchange phone and said a port is broken so it won't be taken and hence he said he will return the shipment to flipkart within 15 minutes. Even after 2 days he did not and i had to make numerous calls to flipkart to understand where and how will my refund be processed. This was a disappointing experience with flipkart's delivery agent and this guy in particular needs to be taught some manners.
