I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order of 16 suitcases (safari magnum Zeno 2) during the Diwali offer. Out of the total 16 suitcases ordered, I have received only 7 suitcases on 22nd October 2025, while the remaining 9 suitcases have not been delivered yet.

I have been contacting customer care team daily, but I am not getting any clear or helpful information about the delivery status. Instead, I keep receiving WhatsApp messages with extended delivery dates every day, which keeps changing without any actual progress.
