Flipkart — samsung tv received damaged and they're not giving reply, just delaying

I'd ordered samsung tv on 8 july and they delivered on 13, on 14th installation guy came and when he unbox the display was broken and edge was crack after that i've requested to return on 14 it self but still showing technician visit, there was technician visit on 17 but they didn't came and haven't done any process whenever i call or mail they didn't reply they just ask to wait 24 to 48 for proper reply one of the executive said that product will be delivered on 22 they made promise i've recording today is 21 but still there's no update at all they haven't approved yet. Jul 23, 2020 Updated by Abhikanani What a joke man, now they've cancelled return request and again created new request so now technician will come on 28th july and delivering on 3rd august .
