    Flipkart Order OD[protected]. Qty-01 dark blue and qty-01 orange T-shirt ordered vide above order number. Package received yesterday and after 24 hrs sanitisation, when opened, only orange T-shirt was available inside package. On site, both T-shirts showing delivered but actually only orange T-shirt received. Tried to contact customercare, sorry to say this, but highly unprofessional customer care service found. There is no direct call number available. When call back option selected, most of the time a text msg sent stating my unavailability. Twice I received a callback and inbetween, without listening to my issue, call was disconnected.

        I'm not being able to order any MOBILE phone from my account and constantly getting "you've reached the maximum units allowed for purchase of this item" for absolutely any mobile. Even for Poco M2 Pro, which is newly launched and I haven't even bought it once in my life. Kindly resolve the issue

          Flipkart had blocked my account without informing or giving even a single warning. I strongly deny the reason for blocking my account as I request you to consider the statistics of my purchases and returns. It could make sense for me to return the faulty products I received for the amount that I paid, as they should feel ashamed of their service for delivery unworthy! They should consider the number of purchases i made is pretty greater than the returns i made(which should be negligible).
          I made purchases on such big products like Washing Machine, Mobile phones, shuttle bats, many more fancy items and gained 2400+ super coins but they disappointed me by blocking my account after getting me so close to gaining 2500 super coins which were worth receiving the 5000/- voucher. I claim that they are grabbing innocent people like me with super coin schemes and blocking so deliberately knowing that I'm so close to getting 2, 500 super coins(two thousand five hundred, not really a simple matter to take for ease)!
          kindly let my account get unblocked as soon as possible and help me utilize my super coins before they get expired(July 31st) and let me continue to use my account happily.

            I have bought a trimmer from flipkart. I received a broken product, so I requested for a replacement on the same day of delivery within one hour. At this point I cannot ask for refund as it is against policy. I did not receive my replacement, but after further conversations with flipkart guys, they agreed to give me refund which was processed in june. Now they have cancelled my refund and now I am left over with a broken product and lost my money.

                  The warranty of this laptopwas activated in 2019 itself. There's only 55 days left for the warranty to end. I was promised 1 full year of warranty. You have cheated. This a clear fraud.

                    It's Dr. Abhinav Lonare, my sister Rutuja Lonare ordered POCO X2 purple color [Order ID : OD[protected]] which we received on 6th of July. There is Changing issues and Battery issue in the mobile. It's takes 3-4 hours to charge it completely and the battery gets discharge within 6-7 hours even without using it. If you charge in the night, the battery will low in the morning even if the Mobile data is off.
                    I Send refund request on 12th July as only that option is available on the site. I received the confirmation massage regarding the refund request. Your customer care female lady called after 2 days i.e on 14th of July and we Explained each and every issue regarding mobile phone with her. I told her we have received damaged mobile phone so kindly fulfill my Refund option. If Refund option is not possible then the Replacement option will be ok for me. She gave me silly excuses. She said because of your app your battery might be taking time to charge & it might be discharged soon just because of your storage. I told her it's a 256 gm storage phone with 8gb ram & only 3 application are downloaded till now and there is no connection between charging & battery issue with the storage space. Even I told her I have one more same POCO X2 in purple and there are many videos & apps in that mobile still it working nicely that's why I order one more POCO X2 in blue. She disconnected the phone and we received msg from flipkart that our customer care will talk to you on 16th of July at 2 pm. On 16th of July we received msg from flipkart that we will call you on 17th of July at 2 pm. But on 17th of July in morning (9.02 am) means today we received one more msg from flipkart that we will not fulfill your refund request.
                    So this is the way you guys are providing services to your customers? Very disappointed from you. you should refund & replace the product if it's damaged, it's not customers fault, we are paying you for good quality products.There is one more issue with your service when your customer care call us, there is no response in first call, we keep saying Hello Hello!! but there is no response from other side and when we cut the call we received the msg " we are trying to call you but we are not able to reach to you". The customer care person does not call again. We called on customer care number 2-3 times but the recording keep saying we are not able to fulfill your refund request & saying to check your msg and mail id.
                    I have each and every msg received from flipkart. Even have noted the time when your customer care person called us. You can hear the call recording which you have. Do whatever you can, I want my money back. I have mentioned my Order ID in the starting of this msg.
                    If I am not able to get any response from this complaint within 3 days then I will further go ahead to lodge complaint against you guys.

                      I placed the order again and it was successful, because i urgently needed the products.

                        I sent below mail to flipkart which is self explainatory

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is regarding refund request generated against Order ID OD[protected] for Samsung Phone A50. [ 12th July 2020 ].

                        1. The request was raised as phone software was not working. [ Long selection was not working ]

                        2. After many follow ups, I received call from your executive on 16.07 after noon. Call got disconnected in between and no call was received further.

                        3. Yesterday evening again service request was logged by me, after which another call was received from your executive which also could’nt be completed as her voice was not audible. I told her to call again but call never came. [ Same experience as in first call ]

                        4. On 17.07 morning, I received sms from flipkart informing that my refund request has been rejected. On checking flipkart app, its mentioned that my query has been resolved by troubleshooting which is completely incorrect and false information. Now on trying to your customer support, its updating that my query has been resolved.

                        I am really very disappointed with this experience from flipkart[ Been a regular customer from last many years ]. This phone was a bought as a present for my mother on her birthday due in this month.

                        Request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action for processing my refund on urgent basis.

                            I have ordered my laptop on 26th June and delivery date was 3rd July. I haven't received my product till now. 3 days back, I received mail that by 17th July, 1pm, issue will be resolved. Customer service agents are telling delivery date is 17th July. But i haven't received any message regarding delivery. My orders page or Ekart page was not updated regarding delivery. So how come agents saying I will get laptop by 17th July. Please solve my issue and deliver my product on 17th itself.

                            What is going on with Flipkart and Ekart. They are making me a lot of stress and frustration with the delivery. Why do they delay? It has reached my nearest hub since 16 days.

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                I have recently purchased iPhone XR from Flipkart order I'd OD[protected]
                                The MRP on iPhone XR is 49900/- as per original box. But they have sold me this product on 52500/- I had sent them a message on their app but they haven't reverted back from 4th July also they are not reverting on twitter as well.

                                  For those who think this is due to lockdown, I have received 3 deliveries from amazon.in this week itself, including a delivery today morning.
                                  So it is clearly an issue with Flipkart. Also Flipkart also not explained the delay is due to lockdown, they simply don't know where is my order.
                                  So Amazon.in is providing far better service than Flipkart, at least in mumbai.

                                    I have booked a flight ticket with pnr no : KMQN8N for the date of June 1st 2020 but as the flight on June 1st is cancelled from airlines side.I got a rescheduled ticket the dated 3rd June and flight one June 3rd is also cancelled again I got a rescheduled ticket for 8th June 2020.and flight ticket again got rescheduled to June 8th as requested by me.I have found an alternative and cancelled this ticket directly from airlines and refund amount of Rs 5493/- is processed from indigo airlines end. but I haven't got any refund from flipkart end.
