I had preffer order grocery product from flipkart first experience but bad from flipkart seller

I had recived old stock almost expired product and also in damage condition due to poor packing and shipping

The ghee money is totally wasted of rs 982 please arrnage return pickup for this product and refund my money and don't give expired product to anyone no use of it and also don't give damage condition also

      I have raised a concern/issue to customer care that I am not able to login to my account as it is stating that my account is blocked. I have stated my point that if the consumer is not getting desired product, the person will return the product only. Then what is the issue in this and I am a valued customer of the company from last 10 years. But I am not getting any desired response from any of the customer care executive. Everyone stating that please wait as the issue is raised and no response is coming on that front.

      If the response is final that the account will not be opened now then I have two main concerns which I have raised as below:
      1) I have to pay my pay later bill i.e. around 2480, but as the link shared by company is not working and app is also not getting opened, how I can pay my bill.. but there also no response from customer care executive. My last bill date is 10th July. As a valuable customer, I want to pay bill but as no response from flipkart end. So, any late fees after 10th July 2020, who will bear this.

      2) I have around 500 rs amount which is my money present as a wallet balance. Which I want to use, but there also no response from the executives

      If the account cannot be opened due to policy concerns, I am fine with it.. But at least please help paying the bill and also how to use my balance amount present there.

      Mails for multiple requests to flipkart are attached and also contacted Customer care multiple times.

        I paid the amount through upi(Google pay)
        To the delivery agent as said by him. But the payment was unsuccessful so it took about three days to sent in to the recipient account.The amount was credited on 2 of July.The delivery agent from flipkart not refunding the amount Rs 1810.q Even after contacting him for many times.           I puschased a zoomcar coupon on the flipcart site the coupon stats 50 %flat off and 70 %cashback now when I tried to use that coupon it says expired but the coupon expiry is after 30 July 2020. When I contacted the customer care on 28 June 2020 they told me that it would be resolved till 1st July but on 2nd July they message me that it would be solved till 2nd July till 09.00pm but not solved after this I agin contacted customer care again they told me it would be solved in 24 hr or 48 hr then I waited but no result after this I again tried on 6th July the same reply I got from the flipcart customer care no proper response from them just same answer which is of no use
          I have tried 3 times to contact and my problem is not solved till date kindly help me regarding this. My number is [protected]

            Hi...I got a link from Flipkart in browser, daily three times I observed it two days but not I opened that, after two days I opened becoz coming on coming so the offer is for 20 minutes it's came and I sawed that mobiles are in offer up to 80% to 90%...I shocked and Suprised to see that lowest price, And I ordered Oppo F11 pro, the actual price is 23, 990 but the offer is 1, 599 with 89% discount and paid the money from Google pay becoz there...

            I placed a order for two bedsheet on 14th June, 2020 on flipkart. My order id is OD[protected]. There were two bedsheets in that order. I paid Rs. 865 Rs. i.e Rs. 426 as price of one bedsheet and Rs. 439 as price of other bedsheet. FUrther i paid 23 super coins I cancelled the order for one bedsheet on the same day i.e 14th June, 2020 for which i received the refund amounting INR Rs. 426 and my supercoins of 23 were also refunded. Then other bedsheet was delivered to me on 17th or 18th June. Bedsheet received was totally of bad quality with colour faded. Hence i placed a return request on the same day of delivery. Bedsheet was picked on the next day i.e on 18th or 19th June. However money of Rs.439 is still not refunded. I am again and again calling on you customer care. They are giving my transaction number of refund as ARN[protected]. But this transaction number is of Rs. 426 only.Refund of Rs, 439 is not received. Hence requesting you to please refund the amount at the earliest. I am attaching my bank statement from 14th June till 25th June for your reference i.e from date of transaction till today. You can check that Rs.865 is debited on 14th June and Rs.426 is credited on 16th June. However Rs.439 is still not yet credited.Requesting you to address. I am calling customer care continuously since last many days and getting same response again and again. Its terrible and very shockening that company is not able to resolve my problem since many days.

              I have purchased a Realme X2 Pro from flipkart for Rs 35999 and the product was delivered on 19th June 2020. But the product i got was a bricked device. The device doesn't fully boot up, it shows an error message after the realme logo and then reboots itself. The device is stuck in a boot loop.The seller is supposed to be a flipkart assured seller. I requested for a return on the same day but they have rejected the return on 23rd June without citing any reasons. I requested a return 3 more times via customer support, They have rejected all requests without giving any reasons. The customer support always says that they have escalated the request to higher authorities and they will contact you in 3 days, But no one contacted me. This has happened many times and its been 19 days and no action has been taken.
              Please help grant me a refund

                I have raised multiple cases, but apparently your Flipkart Customer services closes tickets without actual resolution. I have requested for a return of a defective product and have been waiting from June 24th for you to send a technician to come and check the product for return approval. No one has come back till date.. i have been raising case via email and phone and always get an answer " sir we will get back to you in 24/48 hours" .. no one is calling nor following up with me . I need a resolution for this as Flipkart customer service is pathetic. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ???

                      I had ordered ghee and oil both i had received in deffective condition and almost expired product

                      Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

                      And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

                      Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

                          Hi Team I brought a mobile Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro from Flipkart, the order id is OD[protected] the delivered mobile have an issue with mic and while calling the receiving person not able to hear the voice properly and i given the same as complaint but the technician who visited the home does not even listen to us what is the problem and he told that everything looks fine and he not even answer our question and left the house now we are not able to reach any customer care via email or call to give this as complaint i am wondering why Flipkart doing such a service the mobile mic is not working properly then why the technician not even listen to us i need you help to resolve the issue

                          If the issue is not resolved then I failed the complained because if the mobile is handover to the service center then the can easily find that the mic is the problem

                          and its know to every one that Flipkart cheating the customer

                          this is not accepted, why the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request I the delivering the defected product

                          this is one of the worst services from Flipkart not even understand what is the issue customer is facing

                          without understanding the issue, simply giving an resolution statement

                          how you are expecting that customer will accept if the defect product is delivered

                          i am not sure why you doing such service

                          i am really getting frustrating on this issue

                          you are not serving free of cost to the customer, you have to satisfy the customer for the amount they have paid

                          i am wondering why you are delivery defect product to the customer and nothing fixed by a technician and you are mentioned that technician was fixed the issue, if i have the issue then i can contact the service center

                          this is really not acceptable service from filpkart

                          i need proper resolution need to be taken for this issue

                            I have booked my bookshelf on 30th june and i have paid amount through debit card and they showed me the delivery date on 4th july but It is showing item is ready to be picked from last 5 days, Then i contacted their customer care but again it is not possible to contact them. Then i doing chat that please cancel my order and refund my money again they are saying go to order and cancel by yourself and when i tried to cancel by myself it is not showing any cancellation option. What should i do now.

                                Hi Team,

                                It's really frustrating for me that I've to reach this level to escalate my issue with Flipkart Customer Service. I ordered a laptop which was delivered to me faulty. I raised this issue with flipkart and requested for the refund because I was getting pressure from my office to start working from home. I was told that the technician will visit and check the laptop and if he approves, then only the refund will be initiated. However, no one came to check the laptop. After several attempts of calling customer service and escalating the same on Twitter, end number of times, I got a call from one of the social media escalation helpdesk that they are going to send someone for the pickup of faulty laptop and the seller has approved the refund. She sent me the same as written evidence in email.

                                Pickup guy came and denied to pickup the laptop because he wanted to take some serial number inside the laptop, but because the laptop was faulty so he was unable to fetch that serial number and said that I've to callback the customer service and need to change the level of complaint. He don't care that one sticker beneath the laptop and on the box carries the serial number he was looking for. I called and again escalated the same. So, finally someone came to pickup the laptop and after pickup he called me late night same day that he's going to give the laptop back to me because this should be validated and sealed by an authorized technician by flipkart.

                                I escalated this again to the customer service and they suggested me to take the laptop back and they are again going to escalate this to the next level. Today is 02nd day but the pickup guy from flipkart didn't come to give me the laptop back. I'm calling customer service again and again but all I'm getting is fake promises. No callbacks from manager and no resolution. I've never experience this kind of pathetic customer service in my life so far.

                                Meanwhile, during all this, I've got the SHOW CAUSE NOTICE from my office that why I'm not working. I raised the return and refund request on 22nd of June and all I'm getting is wait.

                                Now I've no laptop. No refund. No callbacks. NO RESOLUTION.

                                I REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS NIGHTMARE.

                                    I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. On 5-6-2020 my order ID -- OD[protected]. after received my order when I opened I saw there is no product inside the box but charger, back cover and some paper works are there I really shocked at the same time I raised return request but flipkart didn't accept my request. I tried contact with customer care and finally they raised a request on 14 June after 16 days they reject my return request because seller did not accept my request. Again and again more than 6 times raised return request but still they do not take any action almost one and half month gone I spend my Rs 25k for charger and some waste paper work. I am totally disappointed with flipkart customer service
