I had purchased jbl soundbar from flipkart and delivered on 26th june in indore madhya pradesh and return date was 3rd july.. I had got call from jeevas on 27th for installation but they are telling that we will do installation in mumbai.. How it could be possible product delivered in indore and installation in mumbai.. I had send mail to flipkart on 27th june but till now no revert.. Than call to their call center on 3rd july than they told we will provide solution by 8th 9pm but no solution provided than got sms on 9th we will solve it by 9th july 9pm.. But till now no solution.. Today i called again to flipkart call center than they had given new date 15th july.. Now they not even returning that product or not giving service.. Because in return period return option is not showing and when called to call center on 3rd they told that once installation done than return option reflect.. Now flipkart is hareshing me mentally and not providing any solution now return and refund my amount.

Thers is no Update from Flipkart.. Recieved mail dated on 13th July mentioned will revert you within 48hr but till now no Update..From last one Month I Following with them but no one want to Revert.

Yesterday installation done but engineer is not able to connect through TV and he told you have to again contact flipkart than again I will come..i dont understand why uneducated engineer you had hired and yesterday already told to Flipkart person still today I had received mail that your query is closed.. without solutions how you can close it. Need urgent solutions it's has been more than a Month.

    My friend ordered iphone se for my address on 26th june, the actual delivery date is 2nd july. But delivery is postponed for 2 times. After calling customer care, they promised the delivery of order on 12th july but not received any communication whether the order shipped or not. Flipkart failed to deliver order on promised dates for 3 times. When emailing flipkart customer care service they are taking another 72 hours for resolution. Worst service from flipkart

      I order two power banks simultaneously a year ago and since then my account was blocked saying that the system has found that i’ve ordered these products not for personal use.
      It’s been over an year now, i have tried everything, calling them, emailing them and everything else. But they are just not helping. They talk about customer first policy, and after an year still a customer is fighting for the wrong on their part.

        To whomsoever it may concern, i request you to immediately cancel my order and arrange for full refund to my original payment method. Your customer care agents are not at all supportive. Your call center agents are pathetic in service and they are not fit for handling customer interactions. Though i have explained the problem with the order as it was not properly fitting into my ears, the product is not designed well and it doesn't fit into both of my ears as earbuds are not made to fit like other brands. Flipkart is looting customers and making money without cancelling the orders as per customer request and concern. I need immediate cancellation and initiate the refund to my bank account. I have a bill, box and everything intact. I do not want any exchange for the same, i wish to go for return and refund.

          Very huge dissappointed with your service.. From your flipkart app and customer care both are ridiculous. Okay now talking about my concern like i have tried to order poco x2 (8gb-256gb) varient having price rs21, 499 but great thing happen to me this amount deducted from account and even after payment not confirmed amazing.. Than called your customer care but that already resolved my concern which is still the same.. Now flipkart let me know what should i have to do???

          I complained the same to flipkart customer care and in this morning again i did the same mistake, ordered the same phono poco x2 (8gb-256gb) variant even it was available for long time.. Again amount deducted from my account and still showing order not confirmed and refund in progress what the # you are doing guess are you serious???
          Nahi manage kar sakte to mat karo ghar betho koi jarurat nahi h tune jaise logo ki iss duniya mai...
          And i need my refund as well as my order on time or will complaint on consumer court against the flipkart fraud..

            I have clearedly explained my reason to buy and the trend of ordering on my account.
            The maximum around 3 mobile cancellation where due to your worst flash sale. While when i go to buy at last payment section it says it's out of stock and then order cancelled.
            In what basis u have banned my account. I have full proof of purchase that i had ordered it for my friend. I had ordered only 3 phones.
            U have to give me a proper reason to block my account.
            I had replied to your all handles like facebook, instagram, twitter and i have got same reply that we will look on it.
            I want my account back at any condition.
            Please unblock my account.
            I think amazon is best for shopping and their policy.
            I would now always order from amazon and tell my friends regarding this issue and therefore order products from amazon only.

              Dear sir/madam

              Order no: od[protected]

              Why can't you deliver my ordered laptop on time. Its been 10 days since product reached in my nearest hub in trivandrum.
              No person has contacted me even though a filed a complaint. Please deliver it immediately. I paid this much money and now i can't get my laptop or get my money back.

              And i registered a complaint regarding delayed delivery. I didn't receive any updates regarding it, no email regarding registration of complaint. Resolution date is changing day by day. Why are you changing the resolution date if that's the maximum time frame?
              I need an answer for the delay and extending dates. This is not justifiable. I'm attaching chats regarding this resolution date changes.

                Hi team,
                I received a damaged outdoor unit of ac on23rd june and asked for replacement. Some folks from voltas visited for inspection and gave me sr saying that outdoor unit is damaged.
                Still the flipkart has kept my replacement on hold.

                          Flipkart has taken rs 849 on june 11th and now it is july 11th but still i didn't get my order and whenever i requested for flipkart help they told me to wait till 30th june firstly and then july 4th and again july 9th and now they are saying to wait till july 17th, so i'm filing a complaint on flipkart so that i want my money along with 1 month interest as this is not the first time i'm experiencing this type of service almost 5-10 times flipkart has done the same thing. The service from flipkart is really worse as last month they took one month just for replacement of my laptop. So please help me.

                            I have ordered a jblt450bt headset from flipkart and i received it today (I. E[protected] and on the same day i had issues mainly bout build quality or comfort as i have brought them keeping online classes in mind they are very hard and feel like someone's pressing our ears hard and also it doesnt give nice calling experience like u cant hear indeed a single word clearly i contacted jbl - from he same headsets on and i faced a lot of issues while speaking and when i wanted to return theres no option its like disabled we cant press it and jbl person says contact flipkart i just go round and round.
                            First time very poor user experience actually i irst placed products in cart in amazon but deviated toward's flipkart i wish i had not deviated

                              I had received moong dal in old and poor condition when i open it the product was damage internally due to poor packing from seller and when i had check clearly small live black kernel inside it... Black kernel is live insect which create due to deffective condition and might be old stock

                                Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

                                And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

                                Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

                                      14th june 2020,

                                      I bought a mixture grinder on 9th june 2020 from flipkart, which was delivered on 14th june 2020. After unboxing it was found that the product was defective and as per the policy i immediately raised a product replacement request. But on 16th june 2020 my request of replacement was cancelled without my information, so i again requested same as it was within replacement policy. As i was getting no response from flipkart i called to get information on 24th june 2020, one of cs executive asked me to cancel the request so that she can raise a new one internally as my replacement policy was over by then.
                                      She assured me to wait for 48hrs, but the issue was not resolved till 28th june 2020. I again called to know status but they still asked me to wait till july 2nd, but there was no response & also my request was cancelled again & every time i was asked to wait for 24-48 hrs but no resolution was given. Once again they forwarded my request on 8th june & today it is 11th of june but i got same reply that my issue has been escalated to concerned team kindly wait for 24hrs.

                                      Defect found: after unboxing i found that the earthing terminal of 3 pin plug of power cord was bend due to which it was not possible to plug it into power socket & further operate the mixture grinder.

                                      As per the return policy i was not supposed to get money refund for the product but replacement was claimed by flipkart as well as supplier.
                                      But still no resolution is provided to me.

                                        I ordered footwear (Sandals) using flipkart. So i have a size issue with that and made return request. After that i got a message from flipkart like we are unable to pick up the order. We request you to submit the item back to us. But in the website they didn't provide any specific address. So contacted customer support they told we resolve that in 24 hrs. But they didn't. I was calling them from past 10 days daily they the same thing wait 24hrs and not doing anything. I didn't expect this kind of worst experience from flipkart. Worst customer service too. Finaly what i need is asap please solve problem
