So, i ordered a New Balance men sweatshirt on Oct.3.2021 and expected delivery was on Oct.6.2021.
Due to some reasons i wasnt able to collect my order on the same day and it went back to the delivery office. I reached out flipkart customer care explained my issue and they said the delivery guy will try again tomorrow. I got hold of the delivery guy and he said the same.
Then yesterday which was 7th the delivery day i received no notification of out for delivery so i called the flipkart customer service again and executive jyoti said due to some technical issue its delayed and will be delivered by oct.12. I have the recording and everything for the same i requested for a callback from supervisor but she hung up on me.
Now, last night I received a message saying delivery people couldn't get a hold of me and order is cancelled. Flipkart says i am the one who cancelled the order. Delivery guy had my alternate contact number even my contact number but it was never out of delivery and I never raised a cancellation request. What happened to the policy of delivering the very next working day???????
Scam: I ordered the jacket at 1799 Rs. Now it is at 3000Rs. I want to ask flipkart who is responsible for the loss of product and the margin between the price which is almost half.
I want my jacket at 1799 price or next i am going over social media and uploading the screenshots of chatbot, messages from flipkart and the recording.
