    I want to resolve my issue because there's too much disturbance because of that flipkart product and flipkart services are very low and ridiculous so request you to resolve my issue otherwise I'll take higher action against flipkart

        While browsing for a laptop I had provided certain information in the exchange option of a product to get an estimated quote of the value I would have to pay if I wanted to choose the exchange option of payment.

        After providing that information, the Compaq core i7 laptop which I had selected as the model for exchange, it is now visible for exchange confirmation on every laptop I viewed and is being displayed on every laptop product page which is something I did not consent to. I am attaching pictures as proof and to better elaborate my concern.

        I kindly request Flipkart to delete this as I believe it violates my fundamental right to privacy as I provided that information only for specific reason and not to be displayed for every laptop model or product of a certain category I search for in perpetuity.

        On speaking with the customer support they told me to ignore it or not use that option but I believe that's not the solution to my request so I raised a grievance report with their grievance officer and they repeated the same thing as the customer support and added that they cannot delete this information from their end.

        I don't understand how a company that has created the website can implement a feature to change the product they want to exchange but not have the option to delete the same. They also refuse to delete the information when they are the ones that have implemented the function to collect the same information.

        It is quite shameful on Flipkart's grievance support team to deny the customer their right to have information deleted which is no longer intended or relevant for the initial purpose it was provided for by stating it is not something in their control or that there is no feature for it.

        I urge the Flipkart team to either allow the user to delete the information themselves along with the change button or delete it themselves when a grievance report is submitted. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

          Hello,
          My name is Anjali Jaybhaye, i have booked a mobile on 2nd of this month and the promised delivery date was 5th of Oct i.e. Today. when i checked for the status, delivery date got changed to 12th Oct. Immediately i have called customer care for help. they have called me back and when i asked him for the reason, he told me that the date is changed. She is not able to answer my question. if the date is changed then why did you promise to deliver by 5th Oct?
          One more interesting thing about the FLIPKART, the mobile phone dispatched from Bhiwandi and it Arrived to Pune And i stay in Pune. Now From Pune to pune you guys are taking 7 days to deliver ( 5th to 12th ). Even a local non reputed courier delivers in 2 days. IS THIS THE WAY YOU SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE LEARN FROM YOUR COMPETITORS.
          YOU GUYS REALLY SUCKS. DONT PROMISE IF YOU DONT FULFILL THEM.

              I ordered mobile phone from Flipkart.
              After placing order, before shipping I asked them to change billing name and address.
              They accepted for the same.
              The phone is delivered and in invoice the billing name and address doesn't changed. I immediately called to Flipkart customer care center. They are hanging up my call without solving my issue. Every time they making me hold the call for 15 minutes and suddenly hung up the call without prior intimation.
              This happened more than ten times.
              Every time I am waiting in the call, they hung up the call without intimation.
              Due to non changing of name in the invoice, I lost riembursement amount from my employer about 34100, more than that I waited lot of time in phone calls thinking they solve the issue. It losted my valueable time
              Please take them action on them

                I have ordered a Samsung EVO SSD and a Poco C3 mobile, order id of those are OD[protected], OD[protected] respectively. The promised shipping date was 4th October but not shipped yet, i had contacted customer care they told me that orders are shipped but can't tell me tracking IDs due to privacy reasons. But in app it is still showing as not shipped yet. Please try to resolve it ASAP, or else i would cancel it and reorder.

                    I have a seller account on Flipkart with Kazuki with the Firm name TAANI ENTERPRISES. MY account details like GST number and Proprietor name have automatically changed to GURU KIRPA ENTERPRISES. Because of this I am facing a lot of issues. My account had also been blocked by Flipkart company. And My firm's products are also not visible in Flipkart app. Please resolve this issue. I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to this

                      My children are very upset as they are waiting for the eatable since two days I become upset.
                      I ordered for groceries and delivery time was 9 to11am on 2/10/2021. I waited till eve but order could not delivered and delivery boy number was switched off. The delivery reshedual automatically for next day 4 to 10:30 pm. I waited till 10:30 pm but order not delivered I contacted c. care they promised that the order willl be delivered surely. but finally my efforts of 3 days gone in Wain and I colud not got the grocery.I got sms that due to unavailability of coustomer the order retruned. Sir I want strict action against the delivery system ..please do something I really feeling frustrated.. My children was waiting for the order as there was eatable in the order. Sir it is really frustrating Please delivery my sane order today

                        I had ordered moto g60 on 3rdOct2021 around 1AM and the promised delivery date was 6Oct2021.

                        Shipment date was 4thOct2021 which was yesterday and it has not been shipped till now. i.e 5Oct2021 9PM.

                        Nothing has been updated on this and when i contacted customer care the poor guy told me to wait till 9thOct2021 for resolution.

                        Promised delivery date was 6Oct2021 and resolution date. (i.e not a promised date) is 9thOct2021.

                        Clearly flipkart will be loosing faith as it was word of mouth only that made this company huge and it may bring it down as well.

                          Hi Flipkart, I was trying to buy a new phone by exchanging my old Phone. But when I enter my old phone make as 'LEECO', model as 'Le 1s' with IMEI no. '[protected]' it says "imei does not match with selected brand/model"

                          subsequently i have checked IMEI number at https://www.imei.info website it shows correct information

                          The product i wanted to buy is out of stock now

                            [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked there are flipkart pay later
                            amount is due which bill is generated on 1st october, ad next day
                            payment due message is provided but when pay it is reflected to which
                            account who blocked by the flipkart without proper reason, needs to be
                            paid soon or else fine will be added, it is not my fault, i tried to
                            contact flipkart customer care approx 50 times. and gave lots of
                            complaints file in order to but at that time no resolution is
                            provided.
                            please unblock my account or provide external link for paying it .so
                            that i can pay it. otherwise you people only issue legal action.
                            i called customer care lot and gave lots of emails but no use . 5th
                            october is last date of paying please unblock or provide external ink
                            before that or else fine will be waived of, i also call the financial
                            partner IDFC FIRST BANK but he said he is financial partner not loan
                            provider so we cant resolved ...and he said please contact
                            flipkart customer care ...beacuse of my credit history is very
                            important for my credit personality...please sir give the resolution.

                                  I have ordered a 3L geyser on 10th of Sep, 2021 from flipkart.But after few days I got a email from flipkart that the seller don’t have the stock and from seller side it was cancelled.But flipkart is not giving me the refund for the same item.Everyday I’m calling to Flipkart customer care and wasting my 30–45 minutes of time.Everyday they used to say me please sir allow us for next 34 hours.Please take a strict action against this.
