I received the subject product on 18/12/2017 as per my order on 15/12/2017. The product comes with manufacturer (Seagate) warranty of 3 years. After examination of product, i noticed that the product serial number mentioned on product & the same as per invoice are not matching. So if in case i required to use product manufacturer warranty in future, i cannot prove that this is the same product that i purchased through flipkart on 18/12/2017. Here are further details of my order. My order no.: od[protected] dtd. 15/12/2017. Flipkart invoice no.: faaae[protected] dtd. 16/12/2017. Product's imei/serial no. As per invoice: 1k9am6-572. Imei/serial no. As per actual product: _. Total amount i paid to flipkart: inr. 5, 899/- dtd. 18/12/2017 upon delivery of product. Please refer the photos of actual invoice & the product. As you can notice, there is mismatch in product's imei/serial as per invoice & product. Request you to please help me resolve this issue on priority & issue me the amended / corrected invoice with correct imei/serial no. Details. Thank you.
