I had ordered a on whey protein powder from flipkart which is mention as flipkart assured product on their site. It was delivered on 25-july-2020, because of my absence i had not checked that delivery product. When i came on 5th august 2020 i unbox my product and directly consume it because of flipkart assured product promise and note that there was lot of difference in the taste. Than i checked the protein box and compare it with another one which is original one, there were lot of differences in packaging also. I raised my complaint on 5-aug-2020, but today is 15-aug-2020 they are not resolving my issue. And i also contact their costumer care and share the proof of duplication of their product but they are not responding yet.
I don’t believe that flipkart is that kind of careless regarding health issue during this pandemic covid-19 situtaion.
