Dear Flipkart Team,

We are a toy brand and have been selling on flipkart for almost a year now.
Recently we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart.
Please note that the following statement mentioned below does not qualify as a clarification/reason for why Flipkart has blocked my account:
"Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against flipkart/customer. As this is a violation of our terms o[censored]se, you will not be allowed to sell on the platform."
This is not a resolution on this matter. Moreover Flipkart’s answer is just getting repeated to me again and again.
The term “Fraudulent Activity” is being misused and exploited to allege an activity that has not taken place. Further on, Flipkart’s answer is being limited to this and does not state what the exact reason is. The following questions need to be answered:
- What “fraudulent activity” has Flipkart detected?
- Which Flipkart’s policy has the seller broken?
Till now 3 total tickets have been raised but the reply is repetitive and no real resolution provided.

Typical Reply Received From Flipkart : "Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against flipkart/customer. As this is a violation of our terms o[censored]se, you will not be allowed to sell on the platform."
I would like an investigation in this matter and clarity on what exactly is being termed as “fraudulent activities”. As I would not accept Flipkart blocking my account without substantial proof.
I have a functioning GST & registered brand and have been following all Flipkart policies in it’s entirety. I’m handling my business ethically and would not tolerate fake allegations made by Flipkart that are not being disclosed.
I’m ready to fully cooperate while the investigation takes place and establish that I and my company/brand have not been part of any “fraudulent activity” towards Flipkart or it’s customers.
If a proper resolution is not provided on this matter I will be forced to file a case against Flipkart for unlawful activities towards it’s clients/users.
