I have bought a mobile phone and I am trying to return it but as I give the reason to return, it isn't submitted. I remain on the first step of a return request. The product's return policy is still valid yet I am not able to return it.

    Ordered Lenovo M10 FHD plus Tablet on 03/06/2023 through Flipkart, seller INDIFLASHMART. Delivered on 07/06/2023 Lenovo M10 Plus Tablet Model TB128XU, ZAAN0913IN S/N HA1QS1JA, which is wrong product in the same category. Seller has mentioned that this is Full HD tablet which is incorrect and false information. As per the Lenovo Website, the M10 FHD Plus 6GB+128 GB tablet correct model number is TB128FU, ZAAN0912IN. When contacted Flipkart for resolution and return/exchange they refused to accept the request stating this was open box delivery and Seller will not accept any returns or refunds. When Seller is sending the product should not he verified whether he is sending the correct product or not, by selling or delivering the incorrect product by falsified information and duping the customers i do not see any point in these rules at all. I ordered FHD plus tablet and requesting the correct course of action on the same. Hoping that i will get some resolution here.

        I had ordered a cupboard from flipkart and I was delivered on 1st june 23. it’s installation was due on 2nd june 23. and not yet completed. I am receiving daily massages that technician will come today come today but no one have arrived. I had called to their customer support they asked me to wait for a day but its been more then 6 days now. its not get resolved. my order id is OD[protected]

          My order having order Id[protected] is not delivered at given address but it is cancelled without my consultation. And it show on Flipkart that is cancelled by customer and due to 3 unsuccessful attempts. These statements are wrong. Item is not delivered at given address and three attempts are not done.

                  Please look into the matter and refund my money because no one came for pickup and everyday they cancelled my pickup with wrong reason. Yesterday whishmaster pickup the product but it shows cancelled in app.

                                  I had ordered a Google Pixel phone in 2021. To get it repaired I need the invoice. I checked the order page and there was no Email Invoice option there.
                                  I tried reaching out through Help Centre but apparently all lines are busy and there's still the same Covid excuse for busy lines. Next I tried to call, but there too all lines were busy. Flipkart support on twitter were responsive at first but later on they directed me to help centre. It's like going around in circles.

                                    I ordered a table fan for Rs.2099 from Flipkart. I used GPay for the transaction, and the payment was successful (I.e., the money got deducted from the bank account. However, the status of my order still shows "pending confirmation from the bank" on the Flipkart order status webpage.

I ordered the phone and it was processed by you(the seller) and It was shipped also and the phone reached the hub nearest to me but then it got cancelled automatically . I called the flipkart customer care but they said it was cancelled by you because there was a price error.

                                        If there was a price error then why you processed the order and shipped the product say?you didn't saw at that time?

                                        I don't know what was the issue but I want my phone delivered because I didn't cancelled.You gave the offer I ordered the product now I want my order back.
