Flipkart grocery has tie-up with local sellers who can cheat you like anything. I had a horrible experience with flipkart grocery.

My issues are as follows:
1. First there is no outer packaging of grocery items like normal flipkart outer packaging. The local seller delivers them loose.
2. Delivery person just throws the item at your door step and dont let you even count them, forget about inspecting the items.
3. In my order, first, the seller cancelled one of the items just before the delivery, that's ok, they may not have it in stock.
4. Order was just thrown at doorstep, and delivery guy just eloped, there was one missing item and one item (ashirvad chakki ata) package was torned.
5. I called the guy, he replied that he will deliver the missing item and check the damaged product, but he never came back and marked order as delivered.
6. I complained with flipkart, they asked the seller and refunded Rs.1 for missing item (original price 78 rs) as it was bought in a deal (shop 699), so deal is illusion, seller can cheat you this way.
7. Complained for damaged item, Flipkart asked the seller and rejected the return. As for flipkart sellers are more important than customers. I sent them damaged images. they didn't value customer's concerns.
8. This way, I felt cheated and flipkart has shown no concern in this. They rejected my requests for sellers feedback.
Pls don't fall prey to these local sellers cheating through flipkart grocery. Don't buy anything from flipkart grocery.
Sorry, flipkart I have to write a complaint on this platform as you do not resolved my concerns through help centre. I have been a loyal customer since past 12-13 years.

    Please be informed that I bought a Oppo f21 pro phone from flipkart on 7th August 2022 and I have been using it till 6th July 2023. On 7th when I woke up in the morning the phone was completely dead.. Hence, I contacted the Flipkart helpdesk in chat and they advised me to take it to the Oppo service centre and they confirmed it is under warranty. So, I took it to the Oppo service centre and to my shock they said the motherboard is corrupted and the phone is not under warranty because the phone IMI was activated on June 4th 2022. How is it possible when I got my phone in hand on August 7th, but as the service centre record it was activated on june 4th. Hence, the service said it could be a refurbished phone where in I bought a new phone from flipkart by paying. I have attached the invoice copy for reference. Then I raised a ticket IN[protected] with Flipkart desk and they said I have to wait till July 13th and they extended till july 19th Why should I wait for so long when I have a proof of invoice that flipkart sent a faulty phone instead of a new one. I want an immediate solution as my phone access is very important to me. This is really annoying and makes me lose trust on Flipkart. I have been a regular customer who purchased many products from flipkart. .

    So far no action has been taken from flipkart even after chasing them many times.. Its a completen scam

    The issue is still nit resolved.. Flipkart sent an used phone and now went faulty which is still under warranty and they are ready to replace

      My father is 92 years old and is bed ridden, to take of his medical needs, I had placed order for E Solutions medical glove-556 Rubber, Nitrile, Latex Surgical Gloves for 100 Pieces in a box. with following details: Order Id: OD[protected]
      Order Date:[protected], 08:03 PM
      Delivered on[protected], after checking I found the box contained only 53 Pieces & not. 100 as per the order. which implies short supply of 47 pieces.
      I had raised compliant for replacement same day with instructions to supplier ensure that next delivery I should receive full package as ordered (100 Nos).
      Again, to my surprise the replacement also given today 17/07/2023 after wait period of 5 days. and I found only 53 Pieces & not. 100 as per the order second time. To my surprise Flipkart is not able to share the supplier's number nor raise a compliant to him or even not willing to put supplier on watch list or blacklist. also Flipkart is not. not going to publish my review citing company policy. They just said they will process refund after gloves will be picked up on 24th July. How one can trust the site for such medical supplies, which may be critical for human.

        I ordered acer nitro 5 r7 7735Hs model and have received r5 7535Hs..which i couldn't check completely as long as the delivery guy was there as i had to setup laptop and it takes time...and now @Flipkart is saying no returns since twas an open box delivery..i called they said they can do refund but no replacement since that depends on seller...i want replacement as price is now increased by 30k of my buying price.

          I ordered grocery items and I Got Some Missing Item And I Call to Customer Care For regarding this issue and the told return item request is shared with the seller but I Got Email And Some Time That My Account Suddenly Block and reason given high number of return in your account this not fair If Products Is Not Good Every Customer Return or excharge the product I Have 409 Supercoins In My Account And I Used Since 2019 And Still Shopping and I Prime members Also Please Resolved My Problem as soon as possible...

            I ordered a google pixel 7 pro (order no. OD[protected]XXXXXX) from flipkart on 5th July but on 10th July, without any reason the order got cancelled and the refund was to be reflected in my bank account on 14th July but I haven't received any refund till now.
            wheni raised the issue with flipkart, I uploaded all the proof of my bank statement required but yesterday, flipkart automatically marked the issue as resolved even though I haven't received my refund of rupees 59, 947.

            I want justice and my money back as from now, flipkart is not able to provide me any clear information regarding my refund.

              I purchased a watch from flipkart.
              The product was delivered damaged. Theee was no open box delivery also.
              When i opened the package then the watch was having scratch on screen.
              When i request for return then there was no pickup saying that product is damaged.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to bring to your notice that my account has been blocked and I am unable to log in to my account, Recently I purchased multiple grocery items from Flipkart and out of them, one item was Molsi Delight Tiny Nuts. The Flipkart delivery guy delivered all items correctly except the one mentioned. He gave me Fortune Poha instead and suggested me to contact Flipkart Customer Care and raise a complaint. I did the same and contacted the Flipkart Customer Support team via phone. They took my complaint and but the seller rejected the request, then I reopened the rejected request via Flipkart APP, drafted the issue and attached all the images I had taken on that with the delivery person, also I have written that they can call to delivery person for the same for verification as he is aware of it. It got rejected again by the seller. Then I called the CS team again and shared the harassment I faced due to the seller's action. CS person again drafted a complaint for this and asked me to wait and promised me that issue will be resolved very soon. You know what seller again rejected the request. I didn't stop there and raised a return request twice more and they also got rejected.

                Today my Flipkart account has been blocked, maybe raising multiple return requests which are genuine. I had more than 1200 rupees in my gift wallet and had 1000 super coins and a few delivery-in-progress orders as well. Due to this unprofessionalism, I had to face this distress. Flipkart customer care is unable to resolve my problem so I am reaching out to you for help under Flipkart Buyer Protection Program. You can also reach out to me at @[protected] for a verbal discussion. You have to educate the seller for this kind of fraudulent activity. I am attaching the images I have taken on that day. Please look into this issue. Thank you!

Senior tea member I spoke to was Kamran who informed me that an issue resolution team will be taking up the case if still issue is not resolved and provide a solution.
                  No agent visited, return request was rejected

                  7th Return request: 17th July 2023 via customer care. Return ID:[protected]. My request to transfer the call to issue resolution team was denied. On asking why the return is getting rejected, no answer was provided. I was told "not to worry" as all that can be done on this 6th time again is a to raise a return request.

                  I have invested more than 3 hours time on this issue.

                    Product order on 06 july 2023 and received on 11 july 2023 bt when i received product i saw product was missing from packaging after that immediately contacted to customer care then he created my return request as per our incident after that day company asking about my id card i am giving my id after that day i got a mail and there mention your return request we can't proces and cancel my request from that dat i am struggling to get my refund

                      Received my product on 12th July and I received a defective Zebronics monitor which was not even working properly on next day… Initiated for a replacement immediately but the replacement (13th July) was never done….

                      Upon constant follow ups I was told that the technician will visit and check and then any actions will be taken for refund/return….one technician visited and confirmed that the monitor is defective and did nothing, rejected the claim and said talk in customer service for further action…

                      Then I again placed return request on 14th July and Same thing happened the second time. I called customer service again, and again they have scheduled a technician for next day, tell me how many times do I need keep doing this before my grievances are heard as I'm absolutely sure those Jeevs Technicians will again tell to solve this issue with customer service

                      My Return date is 19th JULY and if nothing is done by that My money is stuck with a defective monitor…. My job is on stake due to this as I can’t buy a new monitor right now…

                      Not expected this from a company like flipkart… I'll never recommend anyone buying electronics from here

                      Just take the monitor back, I want this issue to be escalated and I want my refund ASAP

                        I placed an order for one plus TV on 19th and Delivered on 21st June. But instead of oneplus TV, samsung TV was delivered and the same was updated by the installation team and he made a request for replacement.

                        From then on i have multiple request following up for the replacement

                        Couple of earlier requests were rejected with no reason and after further follow up your support team has raised a new replacement id and assured the backend team would resolve the issue.

                        The height of stupidity was in the latest request updates were as below :

Please ensure the files are only up to 2MB in size (JPEG, PNG, PDF formats only).

                        First of all my name is not Girish and I am not requesting replacement of the Mobile Battery oppo F11Pro which clearly shows the guy who updated the ticket doesn't even understand the request i have raised for Oneplus TV. and then next comment he added is as below

                        Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.

                          My friend gifted me an egv of Rs 10000 I added it to my wallet next it is showing that my egv is deactivated and the amount was not showing in my wallet. I have complained to flipkart several times but every time they are saying that your issue will be resolved in 4-5 days but without resolving it they are marking it as resolved.

                            i ordered two jeans from flipkart, first one is from Mufti brand blue tappered jeans and another one from paul street grey trouser.
                            i received first product in good condition with proper branding but i didn't see this is tappered jeans when i was ordering, so i want to return this product and i did this to very first day but still always i got the message that product mismatched even no one comes for pickup or anything and in other product paul street grey trouser got different brand with different shade and when i'm trying to cancel this product CS choosed the reason of different colour and requested for cancellation and when deliery boy came he refused to accept the product due to different brand even the main reason of cancel this product was getting different brand.

                            So, kindly requesting to you to help me in getting my refund.

                            i'm not the first customer of flipkart i bought from here many things even my most expensive things of my life like my laptop and cell phone but these days my experience with flipkart going worse.

                            i've to go college next month and m y money stucked like this what i do i don't know so please help.

                                I have ordered 3 items of Golden Resources cashew nuts but received only 1 item. But it's showing all delivered. I have contacted your customer care and they have assured that refund will come but now it's showing refund rejected. Being a plus member and old very much happy customer of Flipkart, I am now not happy with the issue happened with me. This is not at all acceptable from such a reputed company like you. Please refund my amount as soon as possible so that I can continue my shopping with Flipkart in future. Order was in name of Sushmita Chowdhury.

                                    I have ordered Play station 5 product on 2 nd July and delivery date was 3rd July since this product was coming from Mumbai to pune which is only 100 kms.

                                    then delivery date got changed day after day. today is 16th July but no sign of delivery of my product.

                                    I have frustrated now. I have followed up with customer care more than 50 times but they always say it will be delivered between 24-48 hrs. it's been 9 days now and I don't see anything. my product is out for delivery from 7th July but till now no one called me for delivery even I can't contact any delivery guys.

                                    When I talk to customer care they just say we will deliver between 24 to 48 hrs that's it and they are saying same thing from 4th July. pls take strict action

                                      I have ordered from Flip Kart a solid wood semiopen bookshelf vide order ID OD[protected] but unfortunately after unboxing the delivered item I found it to be a small sideboard delivered against same order. I immediately emailed to replace the product an . Flip Kart assured to resolve before 14.7.23 beyond the deadline to cancel the order by 12.7.23 and today they are telling that the replacement request has been rejected and as cancellation deadline (12.7.23) is over neither they can cancel the order and refund the amount. I have paid Rs.24073 for the bookshelf and the small sideboard hardly cost Rs12000.
                                      I am attaching the picture of delivered item and the box cover details and the payment invoice to arrange the cancellation and return of my money.
