Dear sir/madam,

I have ordered lenovo k6 power 4gb ram 32 gb rom mobile, received 3gb ram and 32 gb rom mobile - seller (Indiflashmart) 3rd party vendor of flipkart refused to refund. Need you support in order to make this vendor take the materials back from my end. Seller refuses to pick the mobile from me. I have been told the same will be picked up at 10:30 am on 20.07.2017, whereas at 3:43pm on 20.07.2017, i have received a notification on my flipkart app stating that, you refund rejected, we have delivered your order, thanks for shopping with us. I have attached few images for your reference. Please do the needful.

You can check online ram mentioned in the details when you give imei details in the any of the online imei check links.

As per the complaint there was a request taken for refund as the product was picked up and refund was processed to customer account.

IndiFlashMart is the worst vendor in Flipkart. 10 days return policy is just fake. They refuse to make the replacement and are telling me to visit the authorized service center to repair the product. What nonsense? Buying a brand new product and giving to the service center for repair.
This indiflasmart seller also rejected 4th times my refund request and dont know flipkart 10days policy is where working

This is like flipkart own franchise who done fraud with all customer and after receiving payment in advance give worse product or defective product

And when we make return application this seller alwsy reject refund request all time

That means he done fraud all time to all customer and still if he is in flipkart site as seller that means its flipkart own seller or franchise of flipkart

Bcz i hv made 2 request of complaints here about this seller of flipkart site and flipkart replies that problm resolved here in revert but actualyy no refund issued yet they are lapses time frame of 10days only in my case 4days by technician 3days by seller and now only 3 days lapse dont know flipkart resolving this or not within these days but im sure if no refund is made i file appeal to court about flipkart for compensation about this and make sure seller shop permanently closed by my lawyers
i also order one honor pad5 from the seller
which was prepaid through denit card,
even 5days passed away item was not shipped.nothing help got from flipkart
except convinience.what is the weakness
for flipkart with IndiFlashMart that not
take action against him?lastly i cancell the staff for further loss of mine and get relief.

I ordered a Lenovo K3 note mobile in Flipkart. The seller is IndiflashMart. The product looked like a used item. I requested a replacement for that product. Received one actually. But the problem is that the replacement product was also exactly like the one I received first. So i wanted a refund. Now the problem is that the wishmaster assured that he would come and pick it up. But he dint come. He called after a couple of days then said that he would come and pick up the product and that he was unable to reach because of lockdown. After few days I called customer care of to know the update. But they said that the seller has closed refund because I dint complain on time. It was not my mistake that he dint appear to pick up. Please refund my money.
Indiflash mart is a fake seller ..they are selling refurbished mobiles I purchased Honor 10 lite mobile in big billion day offer Oct 11 on that day so many purchase that mobile but every mobile is dead now and complaint on mother board flipkart fake, indiflashmart fake ..never ever buy a Honor mobile worst service

My product not delivered yet all time date changes

I ve purchased Samsung galaxy tab A7 from Flipkart
As per website in seller should send me made in Vietnam instead India flash mart sent me Made in China. After opening Flipkart packing I saw the product is Made in China. Next day I requested Flipkart to return and refund. But now almost 6 days nobody has turned up to take the back and refund the money. I didn't open the seal of box seal is intact. I don't know what is inside box. Tab or something else you can expect any fraud from Flipkart and it's sellerI ve complaint to National consumer helpline Govt of India.
Flipkart and it's supplier India flash mart both are fraud.
