    Hi have bought a spacewood queen size bed but i haven't received any installation after waiting for almost 2 weeks then i called them and came to know my ph no was wrong then i updated my phone number and they assured me i would get a call within 24 hours which i never got then i added an alternative number but still i didnt get any call and each and every customer care person says you will get update within 24 hours and its kept on high priority now its more than 128 hours but still no update on installation. I am really fed up with flipkart service. the worst experience i had in my life. Please help me to resolve this issue. If the installation is not done they I want the product to be done with refund.

      in my myntra sale 3 days i placed some orders with wasteing my time. now the parcel reached our destination...but they saying the parcel shows RTO status.when i spoke with customer care they cancelled by seller..than i ccant understand why you people put fake offers...almost 3 days regularily checking offers in app..and keep orders for my family..even i put more cloths for birthday..but suddenly you cancelled and spoiled my mood...
      even i frequent buyer in flipkart...you can my orders history...and always i suggest my neighbours to buy in flipkart only...

      but today the things going worse...

      please do favour to deliver my product asap...again i cant place fresh order for that hiking prices..

        Hi there,
        We have ordered this shoe - Aero AMG performance running shoes. with the size of 9. This was ordered on june 8th. the delivery was supposed to arrive on june 11th which was postponed and we got it by june 14th. The size of shoe was 7. We requested for return. for which i had to come from office leaving all my work to collect the order. and do the same like leaving all my work to return the order. We replaced the order and got back the shoe with the same size. Frustrated with the service. We decided to give it another shot, this time the available size was only 8. So we thought of adjusting and have the shoe with size 8. This also did'nt work out. We got the shoe with same SIZE 7. We had to do this around four times. Frustrated with the service we decided to get refund.
        This issue has got me into mental stress and i had to walk around a kilometer to have the transaction. and also get permission from my office everytime. We need penalty from flipkart.

          I have requested for exchange on Jun 08, 2017 but pickup guys rejected pickup due to price tag missing which was not come along with product. I have write down many mails and make many calls and raise complaints regarding my issue for your customer care but every time they insure that my product will picked up this time but nothing happening pickup guys come and check checklist and reject product pickup due to price tag missing. This is happened 5 times.

          They are just wasting my time each and every time. I want to take legal action against such kind of issue.

          We have interacted with the customer, regarding the post. The complaints facing size issue and when the return is created the WM is canceling the pickup due to price TAG missing. The customer complaints the price TAG was not shipped along with the product. Apologies and info new return request will be raised and info regarding the packing manner, info regarding the return Refund TAT. The customer agreed. Hence closing the case.

              Hello All, I had been a very loyal customer for Flipkart and liked their service however I had very bad experience on my recent purchase, I ordered 6 item and they cancelled it and that too after shipment. After the cancellation when I called them they have no idea why the cancellation was done, I am very disappointed since I could have purchased the same items from other website as they were too running the discount. Flipkart you have lost a loyal customer.

              Please buy at your own risk they may cancel the order at their wish.

                  I have ordered oppo f3 plus on 23rd June and expected delivery showing 27th June even product is received by ahmedabad delivery hub by 27th June still they have not delivered by 29th even I didn't get any call from ekart I have bad experience with flipkart and if product not delivered by 29th I will complaint about it to the consumer forum

                    Faulty phone Le Max 2 was delivered in which the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. I initiated replacement request, and after technician visit it was replaced.
                    The new replaced phone is also another faulty phone again.

                    Now when I want return/refund, the request is rejected with giving reason as Flipkart 10 days replacement policy is applicable for only 1st product and told me to go to LeEco service center instead.

                    That's how Flipkart always give faulty phone as replacement and then asks customer to visit service center. Flipkart is just clearing faulty phones like this.

                    Why should I go to Service center when the sensor is faulty from day 1, just out of the box. The product is defective and it should be replaced; also as the replacement product is defective, it should be returned and complete refund should be given.

                    We have interacted with the customer, he was saying that Finger sensor is not working, info given as per the terms and conditions, one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues. Hence closing the case.
                    same situation...bt they doesn't change my phone instead of rejecting my replacement request...even i have lots of problems in phone the main the software problem, processor problem so many other minor problem like 4g volte, battery and fringerprint sensors problem.Although i have written document form the authorized leeco service centre in which it was clearly mention that the phone is defective...bt they cancel my request by saying that it is not valid...now i hav job sheet too...

                      they are keeping products 40 km away and saying delivery not possible or mismatch in Pincode and address..
                      Delivery agents not contacting us.
                      So that I hav to spend my money first and wait for product and they say delivery not possible and returning the item..
                      It's the third case..
                      Money is with flipkart for 21 days..

                              We have ordered an iphone 6s 32 gb gold (Od[protected] on 20-june-2017. We have received the parcel delivered by ekart member "madhu".
                              My mother received the parcel. When she requested ekart delivery person to wait till she opens the parcel the person denied and told my mom that we can return the product incase if something is wrong with the product.
                              When we opened the parcel we found that the product was missing and instead of product there was a powder packet.

                              When reached to customer care ([protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com) none of them are able to advise. We have sent multiple email to them we are fed up with the answers given by them.

                              Please help us in getting proper justice. We have placed the order through emi. Flipkart team please think how painful it would be for a middle class people to pay emi for 12 months without the product being delivered.

                              This is very disappointing for a reputed website indulging in such incidents.

                                It's a turbo charger for moto g5 plus inspite off repeated procedures to activate turbo charge mode device takes 6 hours to get charged need a charger replacement and it happens everytime when i connect my cord to the laptop. From the device help, i followed the instructions provided but still the turbo charge is still not getting charged at all. Thanks

                                  When i first placed an exchange request for a small size they sent me a large size then later when i placed an exchange request for a medium size they sent a large size again and now when i want to exchange it for a medium size they're telling me it's not available when it is available on their site they're saying we cannot exchange for the same size as i've already placed an exchange request for medium size while they sent me a large size

                                    I ordered a samsung handset from flipkart. It came on the estimated delivery date but was faulty when unboxed. The display wasn't working i immediately initiated a replacement due to unavailability of a refund policy. I waited till the estimated delivery date but it never came. At 8:20 pm on the same day i received a message saying the delivery was rescheduled as per request where as i never made such a request. After 15 mins i received another mail stating that i was unavailable at the address during delivery time which is another lie.
                                    When i called the call center again they said that phone will be delivered the next day which too never happened. Again on following up they tweaked their words and said the phone will be delivered as soon as possible. The call center even cut the call several times which shows the professionalism flipkart works with...

Through order no:od[protected] dated:[protected] andinvoice no: fo044mh[protected] billed on dubaria computors pvt. Ltd. Though the billing is done for 2 nos of catridges and payment charged for the same only i no is delivered. So kindly send the balance quantity or return the extra money taken.

                                        I have ordered oppo f3 plus on 23rd june and expected delivery showing 27th june even product is received by ahmedabad delivery hub by 27th june still they have not delivered by 28th even i didn't get any call from ekart and status showing undeliverable by 1st attemt but they didn't do any attempt for delivery this is redeculious i have bad experience with flipkart and if product not delivered by 28th i will complaint about it to the consumer forum
