Flipkart — selling fake products!!

This is regarding flipkart's policy of original and guinine products.. As per flipkart's website and android application, there is written that the products that they sell are 100% geinine and original. Recntly i ordered a 10, 000mah sony power bank from flipkart. My order date is Wed, Mar 04, 2015 and order id is (OD[protected] The third party seller on the flipkart's website was offering it in a very low price which i couldnt believe. But as i read that they sell completely genuine products, i didnt even thought that it might be fake. So i blindly ordered the product. But when it got delivered, i clearly found the product FAKE. The silved coloured power bank was shining SOO loud and the sony logo was also not in shape.. The blue led light was coming out from all the usb inputs. And the power bank was soo light weight that any one was able to predict that it dosent contain any battery giving 10, 000 MAh of capacity. Immediatly i requested it for return. I got a call from flipkart and they said that they will replace the product with original one.. But again after some time they said that it is currently unavailable and then promised to return me all the money i have paid. I know they will safely return me the money, but what about the time i hav wasted on that fake item? What about the problems i faced due to this order? Flipkart should ACTUALLY DO what they claim they do. Or otherwise they will be facing a huge loss of their regular costumers.
