[Resolved] Flipkart — selling pirated copy of a copyrighted book

Flipkart is selling photocopied version of a copyrighted english fiction novel. This is an utter cheat from the the seller and there are so many people reviewed that the book is a pirated copy and flipkart should ban the seller and give me a new book. I noticed this was a pirated copy after the return period os over but still a pirated copy remains a pirated copy and this came to my attention after seeing another original copy of the book.
