[Resolved] Flipkart — Sends delivery confirmation note but product not delivered OD[protected] | |||
OD[protected] I had ordered lenovo A 6000 plus on Oct 15th in flipkart and I had paid for it through credit card . Order was sent by flipkart through their courier partner Delhivery, I was tracking the product in their website closely - Delhivery had updated the tracking status as consignee not available for delivery multiple times though we were available at hoem all the tie . ONce I mentioned this to Flipkart, flipkart sends me delivery confirmation note that product was delivered already and Delhivery shows as it is delivered . none of my family members have received this product. The issue is not resolved by Flipkart even today - they are just reassuring the different dates, from Nov 1st to 3rd then 5th, 7th and now they have assured 10th .. Their customer care sucks .
