Flipkart — Serial no. is miss matching and used laptop issued

Dear Team,

This is second time I am raising the complaint through this portal regarding the issue created by a used laptop and serial no. miss matching Laptop has been issued to me.
However I am seeking for the legal advise regarding this issue, I hope you will come with the resolution before accelerating this issue.

I have detailed below details for your clear understanding.

First Stage:

1) Od[protected], I had ordered for dell inspiron laptop but I have received a used laptop.
2) This is an UBUNTU OS, which is being installed multple time in two years of time period.
a. In 2014 once
b. In 2015 once
c. In 2016 before dispatching the laptop to me.
3) System response is too slow to work with, where as with the same configuration I have very good responsive Dell Inspiron laptop. So the one I have received is a defective product.

Second Stage:

Serial Number Mismatch issue
I have received Product with serial number: 2XL1C82
1) after raising the issue in this portal an Executive had come and taken the laptop but an hour later returned telling that "serial no is changed as his reference".
