[Resolved]  Flipkart — sharing of my order details to third party who calls for some scam offers and money

Hi team,

Shocked to see my phone number, order details, address are shared with some 3rd marketing agency who has sent a message and calling me daily (Attached).

Suddenly receiving calls daily from the attached two number and claims they are from flipkart and saying i have won the car based on my order which i purchased recently. They are asking for money to register and win a car. They are confirming my details with phone number, address and last order details.

They also claim to give cash reward equivalent to the car value.

How come my order details and contact number has been provided to some 3rd party without my consent. If its flipkart's own team, why are you asking me money first to get the price amount.

Attached sms details and the call received phone number which is there in the sms.

Reqeust you to kindly take immediate action and resolve the issue at the earliest. Afraid to buy products from flipkart if my details are shared to external team.
