I dont know whether i can complain on this issue or not, but here iam submitting my complaint outof frustration i experienced with flipkart.
What happen is... It is wellknown that before placing a order on flipkart, flipkart checks for address pincode whether it can deliver the product to the specified pincode or not. Only after checking with the pincode and verification it allows customer to place a order and after it confirms and gives a estimated delivery date (Delivery date is only estimated, actual delivery may vary)
But in my case what happen is i placed a puma running shoe to the address pincode 504251, flipkart accepted and gave estimated delivery date and after a long time after the delivery date i contacted the flipkart to know why the product is not delivered, in the first call they assure us in 24 hours your product will be received, and after that for further calls they dont respond to me and they simply say sorry for the delay and so on... Being the order is prepaid and in many a cased i paid delivery charges also for the products but they dont deliver and say address pincode mismatch, how a pre checked and placed orders address pincode will be mismatched i asked the customer executive, they it might be delivery agents mistake or the wishmasters mistake. I asked they why you make customer to suffer for the mistakes of others.. They said they will take action on them.. But still they are not responsive.
They reply with only sorry and apology mails but many a times the problem is not resolved.
And second time i ordered a washing machine stand for this also the same thing happened and fedup with the calls and followingup of flipkart customers executive. Again they cancelled the product without informing me.
One thing i cant understand is when i call them they assure me the product will be delivered and after further calls they simply say sorry and say we are working on it and suddenly i received a mail and msg that my ordered is cancelled. And from that date after two to three days after i receive my amount back, process of 10-15days. They kept my money with them for which no mistake is from my side.
Here in case of washing machine stand they asked me to place the order again and this time they assured me the product will be delivered surely, but nothing new happened, samething repeated, i paid for the product, after a long time they cancel the product from their side.
Personally i feel customers are not protected for the mistakes of others on e commerce.
My doubt is why i should suffer for the mistake which is not mine, i have given correct pin code and the order is prepaid and simply after waiting a long time they cancel my order and they simply throw a sorry word on my face.
Below are the order details
1. Order id is od[protected] on 1st feb, expected delivery by feb 4th, simply they cancelled and refunded me on 14th feb
2. Order id is od[protected] on 1st feb, expected by 6th, cancelled and refunded to me on 20th feb
3. Order id is od[protected] on 21st feb, expected by 28th feb, cancelled and refunded to me on 12th march, 2019.
Customers executive assures the order will be delivered, they themselves accept there is no mistake on my part, and they asks me to wait and wait at the end of long waiting period they simply cancels my product.
Iam raising this complaint out of very much disappointment form flipkart service, and i asked them to, at the first instance only not repeat this to a prepaid order and to customers especially to a flipkart plus members. But the repeated same three times to me.
For your information, the address where to i placed is not a new one, i received many orders at that address, infact in the second order i said above, i have placed two products out of which, i received one at that address and the problem is with the other one.
