I bought Samsung F62 mobile in smart upgrade plan now my plan is going to expire so I decided to buy back another mobile in Flipkart but they are not delivering my and also they cancelled my order without my knowledge then i reordered the same mobile they didn't delivered that mob too. I'm suffering a lot because of Flipkart service. Pls help me with my issue

I purchased Realme X7 mobile in flipkart, with smart upgrade plan, at the time I paid 70% money. remaining 30% payment due date July 9th. But I paid July 7th. I doing private job, mobile phone is very important for me. Today morning (July 11th) Suddenly my phone locked by filpkart, I called so my times to filpkart customer care they said simply sorry and its time taking process..
