I ordered apple airpods on 16 martch 2022 through flipkart and when I received i found on my airpods box serial number are different from invoice bill and I can’t get any warranty without mentioning serial number on invoice. And I contacted to apple support they said serial number is not valid mentioned on invoice. My order id is OD[protected]

    Product not delivered and don't know when they deliver it. There is no tracking and no response from flipkart customer care.

    When they deliver my product I am not sure, it was already 3 days delayed.

        I ordered grocery from flipkart on[protected] with order id OD[protected] worth of Rs.1452 with 18 items in basket using flipkart pay later service. Among 18 items only one order of rice bag worth of Rs.430 delivered on 22-feb-22. Rest of 17 items cancelled due to lost in transport by flipkart and is worth of Rs.1022. Regarding this i received only Rs. 59 rupees as refund and there is a gap Rs. 963 not refund properly to pay later account.

        Regarding this i raised the refund request on 24-02-22 and they raised the reqest and replied the refund process within 48 hours. and later postponed to 26 feb and then 27 feb. but at the end of month i did not recieve single rupee to my account. And it was purchased through pay later bill is generated at the end of month i pay the minimum fee of Rs.300 they convert that amount in to finanance charges of Rs. 120 and rest is credited to my paylater account. i convey this to Flipkart escalation team they said that including charges all the amount refund to pay later service i trust on thier words and calm for two days.

        After this flipkart started playing game with me i called to customer care around 42 times for making this issue to resolve they call to me and ask me to wait on call for checking and put call for 30 to 40 minutes and disconnect the calls. They repeat the same each time i try to contact them luckily three times connected to their higher team but they also do the same by putting call on hold and auto disconnect with out resolve the issue.

        its more than one month i waited for their resolution flipkart is failed to resolve the issue i face worst service even i have flipkart plus membership. by the flipkart mistake the pay later service is temporarily on hold by capital first and have entry in CIBIL file and loss of money.

        And from today onwards they disable chat option for contacting customer care.

        This was the issue faced from Flipkart for the 7+ years of Flipkart plus member.

          I ordered a product from Flipkart and due to some issues I had to return the product it's been about a week yet I haven't received the refund amount back to my credit card. And it's showing that the refund is completed when I contacted flipkart and yet i haven't received the refund. I tried many ways to contact the customer service and initiated chat with the customer care there was no response from that side also they were not able to solve the issue . I have attached my credit card statement screenshot with this complaint

            The ekart delivery boy has cancelled my pickup of 6 products saying that we will reschedule for tomorrow because he cannot come today to which I have agreed and later I got a message that your pickup has been cancelled and now I’m unable to raise a new return because flipkart has blocked my account because I have few returns in the past which is weird because people use online shopping liberally because of the return policy. I have purchased expensive laptops and phones from the same account. Now I have been following up on this multiple times via Twitter and customer care but there is just no response or resolution . Requesting consumer court to take serious actions against the e-commerce sites who take advantage of prepaid orders

              I got a message that 2 items were delivered but I have not received those 2 items I’m unable to speak to customer care because they have blocked my account. When I call customer care I m notified that since the account is blocked we are unable to trace your orders I live in. A society I have also checked the cctv footage of delivery guy to my aptmt but there is none now I’m unable to do anything here an I lost my money also

                The product Order ID OD[protected] was damaged and thus requested to replace and after so much rejecting of product without concerned reason they gave the date of technician visit. But they didn't came yet and only delaying it.

                  Order OD[protected]
                  I have ordered TV with Flipkart along with 2 years warranty.
                  This order was cancelled by Flipkart and reason they saying the payment was made with international credit card and the same time they charged warranty amount from the same card (which is international and it was on the same order). This happened two time, one order fully refunded and the second order still pending; I am following the same since Jan 21-2022.

                    February 14 2022 - I wakeup due to an incoming call from - [protected]. But, I am unable to attend. I unexpectedly cut the call. after that see the transaction. first that transaction attempt from my sbi fbb credit. there are 3 transactions done. I lost Rs, 37125.00 in sbi credit. in Kotak savings account rs. 14850. overall Rs.51975.00 was lost on that day. As a cybercrime report that day before, I click an anonymous link due to this my phone was hacked. so OTP received. But, even I did not open the message. But the amount debited message came. even I am unable to switch off my mobile data as well as the switch off mobile.

                    Till now I can't complain done by my sbi credit card. Because of If I want to complain, that website asks transaction id. but, I file a complaint on the sbi card the transaction is hold. due to this that sbi card transaction does not any id. so I can't file a complaint against the sbi card disputed transaction.

                    I received a call from [protected]. he claimed as a consumer complaint forum officer. and instruct me to open yono sbi app and select atm and enter the 20000 amount in the column. he claimed my disputed transaction amount can be redeemed as a reward and can be collected by the bank. this is true or again misguide. please confirm.

                      I have ordered for IFB 6 kg 5 Star Aqua Energie, Laundry Add, Tub Clean, Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (Diva Aqua VX).

                      While ordering i have selected sliver color, but system taken white color due product not availability, while i have received the order i came to know on billing its showing white color.

                      My wife requested them to take it back to the delivery person, but the person refused stating that, tomorrow flipkart will send someone to take back, we only do delivery.

                      at the same time i have cancelled the order and requested for refund.
                      I have raised refund request, and canceled the order on flipkart app, i spoke with customer care and explained about the issue.
                      Every time someone will call from the customer care and ask the same and i explained the same, they use to do fake promise that the issue will be resolved.
                      But every time they rejected my complaint.
                      I have been cheated and forced to take wrong product.

                      Kindly help me on this.

                      Flipkart is trying to irritate me, customer care representative is calling and asking same explanation .
                      Every time new person calls ask for story and say sorry for inconvenience.

                      Flipkart forcing me to accept this order.

                      I m totally disappointed and not going use Flipkart .

                      Amazon is so good, they really help and care for thier customers.

                        I ordered wooden study table on Feb 26. I got it delivered by March 4. Then next day the assembly guy came and told one part was missing and he told he will ask only for the replacement part and not for entire set and said it will get delivered within 2 days. I waited and waited and i ordered for a replacement again on March 7 and it is supposed to be arriving on March 14. It is showing it already came to the nearest hub on March 13 itself but hasn't been delivered to me till March 21. Whenever I call they are saying some issue not revealing true things and saying today it will arrive. I am feeling like I am being cheated here.

                          Flipkart support is not unblocking my account..they have not mentioned in return policy that account will be blocked if you raise return request..I raised return request of a product after talking with customer service agents many times but they blocked it..there are lots of coins, orders, and plus account for next 1year ..I can't order from that account..unblock it...

                          I ordered 2 teddy bear woth Rs 299 each. While ordering the show that my location is deliverable. But while delivery they update that they cant deliver my parcel because of the pincode is out of service area. So i called customer care(14/03/2022) for help they told me to change my pincode and address but this was not possible to me because of another pincode was 15-20km away from me. So i asked for another solution he told to to cancel the order. I ask him that if i cancel the order then will i have to pay 50 rs for cancellation as mention in policy. He tond me that you will gel full refund without any cancellation charge because of that was flipkart fault. He told me 249 rs will deposit in 24 hours and 50 rs deposit in some days. So i received 249 rs refurd and didn't receive 50 rs so i called today(21/03/2022) customer care to complaint but they told me that was their policy to charge me that amout and they can't refund me that amount. I just did what he said and now they are ponting on me. Even i tried to call them 5 time everytime they hear my complaint and cut call directly without giving any satisfactory answer . I want my refund 100rs which charged because of that customer care representative. It was all flipkarts fault not mine.

                              I am using Flipkart over 3-5 years and Flipkart given me option for payment with Flipkart pay later lended by idfc bank. Recently from 3-5 month Flipkart blocked my paylater options without any reason after i have paid all dues clearly. I dont know why this happened. My CIBIL score is also affecting because of this idfc Bank lender.

                              I am also a Flipkart plus member since 2019.
                              The same scenario happenned with me as well. On 22nd Feb 22, I make a purchase from Flipkart using pay later and it came witbout any brand tag. The quality was not good and hence I returned the product. The return was cancelled multiple times as they did not the brand tag. I informed that the it came without the brand tag but it had other price and QR tag. Later the return was successful but in the mean while the outstanding amount had to paid by 5th of March but I did not made the payment as I already returned the product.
                              On 7th the amount was credited back to Flipkart pay later. But since ever than I am not able to use the pay later service. I called more than 50 times sent emails and I received response that the account is suspended. I went to IDFC First bank (their lending partner) and saw there was some late payment charges. I cleared all those recurring charged which I was not sure why it was charged.
                              But now it shows my credit limit for pay later in the app but I am not able to use it. And it might impacti ng my cibil score as well. SUCH DISGUSTING!

                                      I received a wrong delivery from Flipkart. So I placed a return request. My return request was accepted and verified by Flipkart.
                                      ) I received the message for pick up return from ekart logistics.
                                      2) Delivery agent denied my pick up without any reason and asked me to talk to Flipkart.
                                      3) I received another message from ekart logistics by each evening that pickup rejected due to missing contents.
                                      5) I called Flipkart coustomer care, but till now my return has not been completed.
