On 11th april 2021, ekart delivery agent comes to our doorstep with a package (OD[protected]. The package was in the name of my brother Sabuj Mandal. we paid the cash.
But later we realized that it was not from any of our account. the delivery agent might have made a mistake
we called the customer care, spoke to hrishikesh, made him understand the situation. And he confirmed the registered phone number which is completely a different account. customer agent denied to help further as it was a COD order and it cannot be returned.
Spoke to his senior nimesh baniya.
asked for the customer's ph number. so that i can ask him to get his package from me.
But he did not provide due to policies.
asked for the delivery agent's details.(who created the problem)
he was unable to provide as the logistic was not updated,
he asked me to call back once the logistic is updated.

I have an unwanted, packed package with me which i did not order and flipkart is not showing any compassion to help me out.
Flipkart will also receive another call from the concerned customer whose package went missing, once the logistic is updated.
