Dear Flipkart team,
I would like to inform you that your system has blocked my Flipkart Account for NO valid reason. When I asked about the reason they stated the following :
“We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorised and secure; this is for account security.”
I have sent so many emails to [protected]@flipkart.com but every time their reply is same as usual i.e “We'd like to let you know that your recent... is for account security.”
This is so frustrating because firstly you blocked my account for NO valid reason, secondly your customer support team has no authority to fix this issue and lastly your email support team is sending same repetitive replies.
For this particular order your system detected irregularities :

Amount : Rs.89
I would like to inform you that I ordered this item on 10th January 2021 using my own Paytm wallet but since product quality was poor I returned the product and I got the refund of Rs.89 on 13th January, it’s so simple!
I don’t know what irregularities Flipkart system detected in it. This proves your system is faulty and poor.
I even asked Paytm to check if there is some irregularities in this transaction, they checked and replied to me that there is NO irregularities in the transaction, it was cancelled because I returned the product, still don’t know why Flipkart system thinks there is some irregularities.
You are harassing me by not replying to me on Twitter, not resolving through customer care and most frustrating is that you are sending same robotic replies.
And whenever you escalate my issue I receive an SMS that Flipkart will call me but I have NOT RECIEVED ANY CALL YET.
What’s your problem with me? I have been very loyal to Flipkart, never ever misused your services still you are blocking innocent customer’s account. This incident has lost all my trust in you .
I want you to unblock my account as it contains my personal details, Supercoins, Bank Cards and other details.
I am attaching all the proofs with this email which justifies that there is NO IRREGULARITIES in the payment method.
