Hi, It is regarding refund of my cell phone and compensation for SONY Z1 which i have purchased from flipkart. I am chasing Flipkart from last 2 month on daily basis i am making call and talked with 7 floor managers but no one is responding me in positive way and issue is still at same page. Earlier they have provided my Fake cell phone and bill was of difference IMEI no then i raised a complain to Flip kart that Sony service center is not ready to repair phone. Flipkart told me they will refund my money. Every time Flipkart gave me same answer issue will get resolve within 24 hours but nothing had happened.Now i am getting frustrated. Hi, As you will go through the mail trail you will find the issues faced by us even in receiving Invoice of the product and now we are facing same issue with the quality and then getting it repaired. {order OD[protected]} My Sony Mobile is not working since last 1 month, i visited Sony Service center at Panchkula, Haryana and was shocked to know that they will not accept mobile under warranty ( even i was carrying invoice ) THEN THEY EVEN MORE GAVE SHOCKING NEWS THAT THIS MOBILE CAN NOT BE REPAIRED EVEN ON CHARGEABLE BASIS AT SONY CENTER AS PRODUCT CODE IS NOT ACCEPTED BY SYSTEM. I called your customer care last week and informed her about same and was told that with in 2 days i will get a call and matter will be shorted out, but after 1 week i have not received any information about the same.
