Poor quality and broken furnitures of spacewood sold by flipkart (Order no. Od[protected]
I order the one set of bed, wardrobe & side table on 12th of aug 2016, on 25th aug 2016 i received call over the phone from safexpress guy for delivery he asked to arrange 3-4 people to get unload goods at my door step. I informed him that i already mention my full address in which i also mention 3rd floor. After seeing address only flipkart, spacewood (Seller) accept my order and safeexpress also accepted after seeking the whole address and they might charged according to the seller. I cleared him this is safexpress responsibility delivery if you can’t delivery take material back. Then he told me he will check with his senior and inform me accordingly. Meanwhile i raised complaint in flipkart over phone to look into the matter, but i was surprised that flipkart executive also told me that you have to help him. I informed him that i am in the office and only my father is a senior citizen and only is available at the home, so not possible to arrange and also this is not my responsibility. I refused to take delivery and requested to take my complaint i also informed him that i am not in hurry to take delivery. He takes my complaint and mail received from flipkart that my issue will resolve before 29th aug 2016. After few minute my father informed me that delivery boy has come and delivering material. He unboxes all material at road side and delivery open material as material is heavy. I was surprise till date no call and response on my complaint.
After so much request on 27th aug that installation person come for installation. First he installed the side table which was successfully installed but when he try to installed bed he found two side panels are broken and when he open wardrobe packing for installation he found two panel of wardrobe also broken. Moreover in the pictures whole bed showing brown color (Except upper design) but in actual storage case upper and lower panels are in white color. Storage side rods on which storage made some have white color some hai golden color and some having black color. This bed look very bed look like is made out of some scrap material. Installation person given me his senior number to whatsapp pictures and i whatsapps all pictures to him. As half bed installed he told me that he doing full installation of bed when new material come he will change the damage panel. So i allowed him to installed full bed as it also not possible to me to arrange this half installed bed in my small home.
Next day i. E. 28th aug i raised complaint to flipkart over the phone about the broken material and poor and scrap quality of material. Again the given me assurance that your complaint get resolve within three days. After that try so many time to contact spacewood team but they are not picking phone and not replying on my messages. After all this i given request for return this poor quality and poor vendor’s material on 31st aug 2016. Again mail received promising that engineer will visit within 72 hours and after engineer visit your refund will be process. But till date no response from flipkart and from spacewood side. Now this become by daily practice to call to flipkart and they giving only excuse that seller is not responding. They only extending dates (5th sept, then 6th sept and now extended 11 sept 2016). They don’t have any control on this type of seller. They are themselves extending dates without any information to me, no call from flipkart. No apologist mail for extending dates.
Please help to refund my money from this type of cheaters.
