I ordered sennheiser "sennheiser cx 180 street ii in-ear-canalphone" ear plugs online at the price of 890 inr. These plugs stopped working within 6 months of purchase. I had to send them to sennheiser service center, mumbai for replacement under warranty period, for which i had to pay 100 inr.
I was literally shocked after getting to know from sennheiser team that flipkart has sent me un-authorized/fake/pirated product in the name of sennheiser. I logged an online complaint with flipkart and they are ready to pay the product cost but not the courier cost.In fact, they are not willing to take the product back and refund the amount, if i do not have original manufacturer packing box.
Fortunately, i had the original box with me. How many o[censored]s keep the empty boxes for such small things? How these people can make such lame excuses to not refund the money. They should be ashamed of fooling people by sending fake/pirated items in the name of big brands at high price.
Many a times, we find trouble in the items once it crosses warranty periods.In such cases, buyer will never get to know that he/she was given the fake product by such a big brand.
Requesting you to take actions to help me get justice and to keep people aware of such frauds.
