We had sold quite a lot of sarees through Flipkart but in the recent months we have been encountering fraud activity on almost every order that we dispatched.
Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming remorse.
After 7 days we got the product returned from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. Usually in return we are getting a same color fake product. We clearly dont sell cheap products. We immediately raised SPF CLAIM FOR THE SAME
Incident ID: IN[protected]
Which was rejected almost immediately by Flipkart without any calls or Enquiry to us.
This is thier reason for rejection,
This is in regard to your SPF claim incident ID IN[protected]. We would like to inform you that after multiple levels of validation and detailed investigation done at the customer’s doorstep as well as in our product’s return journey, our system has detected an unusually high number of SPF claims being raised compared to other sellers in your category.
Therefore, on the above mentioned ground, your claim has not been approved.
We are at a loss when selling on Flipkart platform. Pls help with this issue or else we will have to stop selling on Flipkart platform.
