An unauthorized purchase had been done through my credit card of rs 15000 under the product name Flipkart internet priv no such product or service had been purchased by me . Refund the amount of RS 15000 on the credit card as soon as possible or there will be serious consequences faced after this issue is taken to higher authorities and officials

    Today i received my order but i got a different product instead of what i order so i want to return that product but when i click return my account become blocked saying that my account has blocked...I'm unable to login my account ...i want to unblock my account please help me to unblock i want my account back..
    I'm your Flipkart plus member and this is how you treated your plus member just before the sell start..this is disgusting. please work on this issue as soon as possible.

      I bought a realme Air bud 2 from Flipkart which was sold by supercomnet, which is located in Delhi. They gave me a fake product. I tried to contact them for replacement they didn't even replied to me .
      I want a full refund or replacement with a original product

        I've been using Flipkart for almost 10 years, today my account is blocked. There were a few purchases for which i had intimated a replacement, i never knew they would stoop soo low. They could have just said they can't do anything about the products they sell fr their platform, if it is faulty, instead of terminating accounts that are 10 years old. I call this fraud of the highest level. I have orders that are on the way, i have unused super coins, i am a plus member.
        This can only happen in India, only possible in India, i would like to return all the purchases i ever made from Flipkart, everything and held the owners responsible under criminal charges. This is a criminal act by the owners of this Company, absolutely unexpected and shamless .

              I purchased a product on24th May'22 and which is not fit for me as well it's a defective product, Then I tried to return it, I didn't get an option to return it. What I did then I spoke with the Flipkart Support they informed me to check the drop down option where you will be getting an option to return the product. As per the discussing I have selected a option for refund and submitted it, everyday the return I have submitted will be rejected by the flipkart team without any proper notes? So from the Day1 I use to connect with the flipkart support and discuss with then regarding to my return then they will provide an solution with in 2days you will be getting a call! So far I didn't receive any call regarding my issue. Later on then blocked my account with any proper work notes?

              I have been worried about the service they providing for a consumer like this, I tried sending several mail and call so far no reply!

                Flipkart said that they have successfully refunded the amount (Rs. 441) to my UPI but when i contacted the UPI customer service, they have confirmed that NO SUCH TRANSACTION WAS DONE BY FLIPKART. I have spoken to Flipkart customer support as well but they keep telling me to check with my bank and UPI. I have done both and both of them have denied recieving any refund from Flipkart. The reference ID they sent[protected] is also not of any help. What a fraud. Never shopping from Flipkart again.

                  I have place a order for prestige induction cooktop having Order ID - OD[protected] on date 20-05-22 with c.o.d and they delivered used and deformed shape product on 24/05/22... On same day I have requested for replacement or refund...but they refused to return the money as per seller policy ... Now 15 days have passed neither replacement shipped nor they are agreeing on refund the amount...
                  It is very unfortunate for a product which delivered earlier in 3 days collected cash on delivery amount and now they are taking 20+ days for shipment...I have requested Flipkart to return or refund the submitted amount but they are not agreeing...

                    I didn't order the product which I received on[protected] but unfortunately my family member paid(Rs. 600) and received the order(AS WE ARE EXPECTING ANOTHER ORDER TO BE RECEIVED). For your reference attached the screenshot of my orders from my flipkart mobile app and check the orders list related to the above order ID and it will not be available in my Flipkart account. I have contacted customer care and they told me that the order is purchased from the other linked number and to be frank I don't have any other linked to my Flipkart account and IF ITS THERE THEN FLIPKART MUST EXPLAIN TO ME REGARDING THIS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT PRIVACY and the customer care executives are replying as they couldn't do anything regarding the return and refund of the product as it was ordered from another number. I don't know what you are all thinking about, how my number is used to order a product without my permission and FLIPKART DON'T EVEN SEND ANY CONFIRMATION SMS OR EMAIL TO ME when someone is misusing my mobile number and ordered a product from another number. I received a SMS on the day of product delivery(attached screenshot) and after that I have contacted Flipkart Customer care and unfortunately it was late and my family member received the product by paying.

                    Kindly generate a return (AS I DIDN'T ORDERED AND IT DIDN'T BELONGS TO ME) of that product and provide a refund for the product to my Bank account and also send me the mobile number of the person who misused my mobile number and let me file a Legal case against him.

                            I ordered two sofa covers from the same seller, one is damaged and the other one is of different design from the image shown, so I raised replacement within return window but the delivery guy came and refused the replacement of the original product saying it is not same as shown in the image

                              Flipkart is continuously exhibiting lethargic attitude in delivery and the only resolution they can provide is taking return. but then what if the customer planned something on a particular day believing the committed delivery date. My major concern is about the order cancellation reasons.

                              May 2022 - Order ID - [protected], Delivered after a week
                              June 2022 - Order ID - OD[protected]
                              Size Ordered - 8, Received - 6, Package damaged and there is no option to mention that i received wrong size item. After return, the reason become "You returned this order because you needed it in a larger size.", where is it mentioned that i received wrong sized item and the days i wasted to receive this product ???
                              June 2022 - Order ID - Cancelled this order telling the customer care executive as i lost my trust and i don't think that i will receive actual product on time, but after cancellation, reason become "The seller has cancelled your order because the courier service provider is unable to deliver to your location" in the portal ... Is this the actual reason for cancel the order ?

                                  I ordered a trouser while they sent me an old jeans of same brand.I called customer care they assured that they will resolve it but there is no such action so far.                                     Hello,
                                    Flipkart in partnership with idfc first bank has assigned me a credit line of 40, 000. i paid the first emi for the month of may on idfc first bank app instead of flipkart as i received a notification to pay on 14th of may.

                                    The same has not been updated on my flipkart paylater account. i sent them multiple mails and done many phone calls to their customer support but they ain`t listening to me and compounded my may due which i already paid with due due and want me to pay it in full.
                                    what is supposed to be 4, 848/- in emi is now 11324/- includes my already paid 4, 848/- emi amount.

                                    I am clueless on whom to reach out to. if i contact idfc, they say to contact flipkart and when i do reach out to flipkart they say to reach out idfc.

                                    Please help.

                                        I have orderd a table which was defective then i requested replacement so i got replacement after 10 days but it was commited 3 days, after productive again the product condition was not good so this time requested return and refund again they commited it will take 2-3 days but still there is nothing happend
