Dear flipkart,
I've purchased a 2 items worth rs.757/- which was delivered on May 11 and May 16 2022 through flipkart pay later option. Later on Jun 1 2022 i tried to pay the pay later bill through Amazon pay UPI and payment was successfully completed by my side Bank Reference ID[[protected]] but the payment is not reflected in flipkart Pay later account . But the money was deducted. I consulted with flipkart consultants and rhey told me that they didn't receive the payment but the transaction got successfully completed from my side .But still now the issue remains the same. I didnt get the refund back.
Because of this i onlyhave 3 days left to pay the bill otherwise, I will have to pay a penalty, and my credit score would get worse.
still i am suffering and not getting any response from your side,
Kindly do the needful As soon as possible
