My Flipkart account has been hacked and my mobile number and email id has been changed. When I got the email that my mobile number and email id has been changed I have called flipkart customer and told them to close my account. They told me that it will take 72 hrs. I requested that someone is using my Pay later account and my Pay later has been used because I have got message from IDFC loan account after any transaction from flipkart. But they ignored all my request. I have called them 100 times morning to night to lock my account as I have all the id proof and FIR from cyber cell but everytime they have neglected by saying that it will take 72 hrs. I have never felt so much harrasment in my life that has been due to flipkart. A common middle class man like me have to work all day to fulfill my daily expense but flipkart has nothing to do with it. At last Purchases has been made and liability has been shifted on me. I request Flipkart to please close my Flipkart Pay later and Refund my money. I beg you it's my hard earned money.

    I ordered 4 chairs on 13May which was delivered in broken state on 22May.
    Immediately within 10 mins of delivery I raised replacement request.
    The return was approved by your technician post verification of product. However, your logistics team refused to pick it up.
    I complained to customer care but of no use, my 4 returns were rejected due to refusal of pickup. I spent so much time in complaining to your team but no resolution.
    Each time your team places replacement request, your logistics partner refuses pickup.
    It has been almost 10 days and i am still looking for a resolution.
    I am looking forward to Refund now but that is not getting processed.

      I hv purchased dizo dash neck band.which was faulty.They hv replacement policy only and not refund.when i raised issue thy only provide refund option.When i raised question about it they said its sellers policy ( possibly its out of stock at that point so thy give refund) But when i checked they hv same product available for sell for higher price. So i called to request them to replace it as its their policy and T&C when i purchased it.But c care failed to provide solution saying they dont hv authority to contact seller.
      They dont stand on their policy and not deliver what they hv mention while purchasing product.
      They misguided customers, provide half or no information.
      Its mental harrasment for customer.As i talked with 5-6 diffrent c care person, providing no solution and not standing on their own policies mentioned while purchasing product.

            Dear flipkart,

            I've purchased a 2 items worth rs.757/- which was delivered on May 11 and May 16 2022 through flipkart pay later option. Later on Jun 1 2022 i tried to pay the pay later bill through Amazon pay UPI and payment was successfully completed by my side Bank Reference ID[[protected]] but the payment is not reflected in flipkart Pay later account . But the money was deducted. I consulted with flipkart consultants and rhey told me that they didn't receive the payment but the transaction got successfully completed from my side .But still now the issue remains the same. I didnt get the refund back.
            Because of this i onlyhave 3 days left to pay the bill otherwise, I will have to pay a penalty, and my credit score would get worse.

            still i am suffering and not getting any response from your side,

            Kindly do the needful As soon as possible

              I ordered some grocery items from Flipkart 14th May, 2022. It was supposed to be delivered before 15th May, 2022. However not delivered. Status shown items delivered.
              I am touch with Flipkart Customer Service centre, they told issue resolved within 4 days (i.e. 19.05.2022).
              Worst experience I had faced. I could not get my grocery items.
              I did not expect this from a leading company in India like Flipkart.

              This is my first bad experience with Flipkart and never went with it.

                I have contacted flipkart customer service center several times but till now my issue has not been resolved. Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing. They simply say that it is taking time. You took time for about 10 days whereas u have promised to resolve this issue within 3 days.

                I request you to kindly permanently close my Flipkart pay later account. When I see my credit score in CIBIL it is clearly showing that I took loan from IDFC First Bank in Rs 40000/- and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score in CIBIL. So I have contacted IDFC First Bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dues of Rs 899/- if any and asked me to contact Flipkart Customer only for closing of flipkart pay later account following which they will clear the loan immediately.
                But I don’t have any pending in my flipkart pay later account. So please close this pending dues is showing in CIBIL report as written off . So please kindly close the Flipkart pay later account permanently

                Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and close this account in my credit score report.

                  I am a plus member of Flipkart but I feel very unhappy with Flipkart because
                  I ordered a laptop but I will not get delivery of product even after many days of delivery date and by any information my order are cancelled by Flipkart which order I'd are OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]] and after that I received a call from Flipkart support executive they told me that if I placed a new order then Flipkart gave me gift voucher of 2000 due to delay and cancellation of previous order but I did not get any gift voucher so as soon as possible resolve my issue and provide gift voucher of 2000 rupees

                    I received wrong product and wish master rejected my product 5 times and he say we will never pickeup ur product we dont want pickup reason and we want only image he said but when i recieved it is completly different item i am recived.they said image is different

                      Hi,

                      I have done the flipkart transaction on April 9th 2022 for the amount Rs.9706 via UPI. Payment got failed, but amount has been deducted in my account.

                      I have contacted flipkart about it and they requested me to contact my bank (ICICI). So i have contacted ICICI bank from last month and they took my request to get back the amount from seller bank account.

                      After many calls, my Bank confirmed that amount has been credited to seller account which is confirmed by seller bank (yes bank). They have confirmed the same in written email as I attached.

                      But now flipkart is asking same thing again that i need to contact bank again to get back the amount.

                      This is worst service from Flipkart and it looks like they are cheating customers.

                      Please do the needful, so that i get back my amount back into my account.

                        This is regarding a replacement request for an item from Order ID -OD[protected]

                        I have ordered a Msi RX 6600 but I have received a MSI GT730 of different brand.
                        Return was raised as soon as I received and opened the package.
                        I have placed the return replacement request but it got rejected,
                        have tried to reach out to customer support but no body seems to be interested about my issue and when I told them to transfer the call to the senior executive, their answer seniors are not accepting the calls try again later..
                        who is going to bear my loss? Why always customer receive a low price product which is wrongly packed, why not a higher price product. This is not acceptable to me. I want to raise the issue and want the product to be replaced. This is your responsibility to deliver the right product.
                        I have shared the required photos and personal information to the Flipkart.

                        This is very disappointing from a big e-commerce Flipkart. Not at all acceptable. I want my product to be replaced which I have paid for it.

                                I have requested return and refund but no one showing up to pickup the product and that’s why I am not getting refund. I have contacted customer service, return was initiated 4 times so far but still no one has show up to pickup the product. At the end I am getting message return is rejected, same cycle continue. I want my money back and if flipkart is not picking up product it’s not my fault. The item still falls under return timeline and it is there with all packaging and tags.

                                  Unauthorized / fraudulent transactions have been done from my SBI credit card no.[protected] on dt-26.03.2022 of Rs. 13192/- at FLIPKART PAYMENTS - BANGALORE. Total Rs.13192 transaction have been done by someone to flipkart payment from my SBI account. I have lodge a complaint in SBI Card about the same. They have shared the reference Id[protected] where the transaction has been done. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account, it is requested to give the detail on what name and to whome the transaction has been done by. Attaching my bank account statement for the dedication amount and Please initiate refund process to my SBI credit card at the earliest.

                                    I got damaged refrigerator( back legs are not there only have 2 front legs) when it is delivered. I told the delivery boy to took it back . He told when I put return he will come to pickup. Immediately I put the return in flipkart . Still my return was not approved and no response from flipkart. Plz solve my issue .I want my money back.
