[Resolved] Flipkart — stolen mobiles are accepted by flipkart exchange

I lost my one plus 3 mobile on aug24th worth 28000, the guy who stolen my mobile has bought new mobile on exchanging from flipkart.

My question is how flipkart is accepting the stolen mobiles,

And i caught the guy is there any way to get back my mobile by returning the new mobile back to flipkart. This order is just 2 weeks old.

Please help me on getting my mobile back and avoiding this type of exchanges by ecommerce

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint someone stolen my device and sold in flipkart. Hence discussed the issue with customer and said that issue got resolved. Closing the complaint from our side.
