Flipkart — Supercoin wiped because of technical issues from flipkart
I have a come across an issue during my Recharge through Mobikwik using flipkart app, below is the issue:
Recharge request is placed for 797.71rs, as per the offer to utilize 100% of supercoin balance am expecting 797 coin to be deducted as I don't see any conversion rate specified in FAQ/TC or the Information screen. But only 495 rs was deducted through supercoin and the remaining was paid through a bank account of 302 rs.
Issue here is my tidal supercoin balance before recharge was 2474 but after recharge it's 0 supercoins now.
When I connect with customer support they are mentioning it was deducted with respect to the conversion rate, but as a customer i don't see any information related to this conversion rate and it's not my fault as It wasn't there in the terms and conditions. Am not satisfied with losing all my super coins because of the technical issues from Flipkart.
Am not satisfied with the support on this issue and as being the legit & regular customer of flipkart and I don't see any issue from my side hence am requesting for the refund of my supercoin as there was no way I could see it as my fault.
