[Resolved]  Flipkart — Taken the amount hold for 9 days and finally cancel the order

Sir,
I ordered the ASUS Zenbook pro duo laptop from Flipkart worth rupees 2, 31, 938 with order id OD[protected] on the 23rd of July. Flipkart takes the money quickly but my order is on hold, so i enquired in customer service, they use to told me that my pan card is not updated thatswhy my order is on hold so i share my pan card on Flipkart chat on 24th of July, so the customer team said to me that now your order will be approved but i talked to the customer service on 25, 26 and 27th of July that my order was on hold but they said it'll be approved and on 27th of July I got a message that my order is canceled, so raised a complaint cancellation of order without notification and valid reason but no response form flipkart, so again I call to Flipkart customer service they said that since you didn't upload your pan card thatswhy your order get cancelled so I told them that I updated earlier but they said that we don't have information regarding that and told me to place new order, so on 27th I placed new order worth 2, 33, 853 with order id OD[protected] again the same thing happened this time I updated my pan card via email, flipkart chat and on my flipkart desktop site, but still my order was on hold till 31st of july and then cancelled. Since i make a transaction of 4, 65, 791 rupess in just 10 days my bank charge additonal amount on me and till yet i didnt receive my complete refund, basicaly i have to join my company from 5th of august and now i can not able to order the laptop form other websites also since they are requiring more time to deliver, so its my humbug request to you that please solve my case, i'm ready to pay 2, 33, 853 again for the laptop since i have no option (because i want laptop as soon as possible and flipkart seller can deliver it in 2-4 days as displayed in site), but this time as my money is deducted i want my order as soon as possible without any fault in product.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number (078504) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
