Hi team,

I am promoting Flipkart using their affiliate program. I am new to it and i have submitted our all documents before two months for one pending payment for my account. Despite of providing all necessary documents, the account is still not verified. Also am unable to haven't received any response from them. Could you please help me with this.

Note:- I am a big fan of Flipkart's service hence promoting and will promote it.

    I'm trying to buy earbuds but unable to do so. I haven't bought this before ever but I'm getting error as maximum units 'youve reached maximum units allowed for the purchase. I shouldn't have gotten the error. Please fix this

      I ordered the Magic Lids for storing food in the refrigerator and was charged to my credit card $23.94 on July 9, 2020 and I have never received any merchandise. It's been 20 days ago and so I called the[protected] number that was listed and it isn't a working number. So I would like to cancel my order and get my money refunded as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate it.

        This is to inform team flipkart my return pick up is not yet done i am waiting since weeks for my issue to be resolved i am going into depression because of flipkart and taking tablets because i am suffering so much because of this behavior. Flipkart i am sick and tired i don't belong to rich family where i can spend thousands of rupees just like that. I come from a middle class family and this torture is another level. Daily after receiving the order my life has turned into a call center and complain box all because of flipkart anyone reading my post i am going into depression and started taking tablets for headache since then if anything happens to me guys this post will be an evidence from my end.

            I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 848390xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              I ordered jbl charge 4 from 2gud.com of Flipkart but my order is cancelled by order id OD[protected] no reason when i complaint to Flipkart customer care they also not answered properly the product is sold by Retailnet
              I have placed second time same order as suggested by Flipkart customer care on 28 OD[protected] but still the seller is not shipping the speaker this is harrasment to customers by retailnet and Flipkart is doing nothin

                  Hi team,

                  My name is gayatri and i placed an order on 30th apr'2020 and supposed to be delivered to me on 2nd may'2020. The order was never delivered to me and they are claiming that this has been delivered. It was a prepaid order so they are not taking any action. I lodged complaint with them several times but they are not ready to take care of my concern. They are also not providing the proof of delivery as well.

                  Please raise the concern with them.

                      Item received on 27 july 2020. This saree was delivered without blouse material.
                      The packing itself was suspicious and not to the standard.

                      In mobile app, this order is not reflected in 'my order' for further processing.

                          Even after several requests Flipkart is not bothered to close the postpaid account but enjoy a personal loan that has been taken in my name and updated in CIBIL.

                          Worst the postpaid account itself has been removed from Flipkart yet Flipkart wants to enjoy my money

                          Well, in that case I will need to escalate this to the Reserve Bank of India and giving details of all this and RBI will not just get my account closed but take care of all your faulty practices.

                          I am also going to escalate this to Walmart.

                            Flipkart is having the worst service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen. I had ordered one tricycle for my son and there was a delay, they committed to deliver the product on jun 24th 2020, but until the product was not received and when i saw the status it was showing delivery failed. Then i raised a complaint with the customer support team, they asked me to wait for 2day (48 hours) to do the needful, but i didn't get any resolution from the support team. I raised several complaints on that same issue then i didn't get any call from flipkart, every day different persons are attending our call and giving different answers regarding, i already pay for this product, there is no option for cancel this item, now we purchased new product from other site, still there is no response from flipkart, i asked them to cancel the order. Even though i am a flipkart reguler customer,  this is happened 10 times with me. Even i asked the backend team to connect me with their senior team or escalation team, but they denied to help me with that. This is how the customer support team and the logistic team are behaving and acting with customers. I asked them to forward my concern to the higher level but they completely denied to help me on those issues. Could anyone please let me know how i can i forward my concern to the higher level of flipkart and let their higher level team knows how these frontend, backend and logistics teams and acting on customers issue.

                              Dear team,

                              My order od[protected] has been cancelled by seller / flipkart team on 06.07.2020 and till date i haven't receive any refund. Customer care team asked me to froward my bank detail for refund but when i am trying to reply the system respond "this mail [protected]@flipkart.com does not valid".

                              After contacting with customer care center they give only official answers, we will check and refund the amount but not giving any mail to send bank details.
                              So let me know how to approach flipkart team, as of flipkart status i am not expecting this type of service.

                                  Ordered whirlpool 23 l convection microwave oven with 1 years of warranty order id - od[protected]

                                  Ordered on 1st july and got it delivered on 9th july.

                                  Technician call me & installation was scheduled on 11th july, but no technician was come to my place, i call him several time but not received my call.

                                  Then it was scheduled on 13th, but still no one come & 15th july installation and demo show "canceled" on my flipkart app.

                                  Called regarding this, flipkart said that i've asked to postpone the installation, after that conversation flipkart executive told me it with be resolved on 17th.

                                  On 17th july flipkart call me and said that it will be resolved on 19th,

                                  On 19th july they said, your complained has been forwarded, it will be resolved on 23th july.

                                  On 23th july i contact with flipkart, she told me that, "no complain registered regarding this issue". So new complain was register on this date and resolved on 27th july, she assured me this case will be treated as"priority issue".

                                  On 26th july, they call me and said as usual the same story, your complain has been forwarded, it will be resolved on 31th july.

                                  I am not sure how many more times do flipkart want to do this.

                                  The response i get all time is, "sorry for the inconvenience and it will schedule a new date for resolved (Not installation & demo.). I am not sure what the hell escalation team is doing over there. There is no point blaming a person who picks the call, the escalation team is just useless to be precise.

                                  On a general note,
                                  1. I am not the first customer to go through this. I've been seeing a hell lot of complaints like this in this particular page.
                                  2. My 10 days return policy date already expire, flipkart don't want us to open the package as the warranty won't be covered neither they wanna send a technician.
                                  3. I order it on 1st july, it is about 1 month, i am not sure my product still 12 month warranty or 11 month, (Flipkart told me it start on installation date but on whirlpool product registration page want purchase date not installation date)

                                  Please help me:

                                  I want installation& demo of my microwave.

                                  My microwave is still in box pack condition and i did not open it, waiting for the installation.

                                    I ordered a bluetooth headphone on 10th of july the delivery person contacted me on 18th but my mobile was switched off due to battery issue but flipkart has updated that customer refused to accept order. I know that there were 3delivery attempts but they only make once. When i called the customer support in flipkart they told me that sir we loged a complaint and we'll solve this issue and redeliver the product upto 29th of july 2020. But today the sent a message of cancellation and when i tried to call the customer support they put the call on hold by saying let me check about the problem.
