Ordered whirlpool 23 l convection microwave oven with 1 years of warranty order id - od[protected]
Ordered on 1st july and got it delivered on 9th july.
Technician call me & installation was scheduled on 11th july, but no technician was come to my place, i call him several time but not received my call.
Then it was scheduled on 13th, but still no one come & 15th july installation and demo show "canceled" on my flipkart app.
Called regarding this, flipkart said that i've asked to postpone the installation, after that conversation flipkart executive told me it with be resolved on 17th.
On 17th july flipkart call me and said that it will be resolved on 19th,
On 19th july they said, your complained has been forwarded, it will be resolved on 23th july.
On 23th july i contact with flipkart, she told me that, "no complain registered regarding this issue". So new complain was register on this date and resolved on 27th july, she assured me this case will be treated as"priority issue".
On 26th july, they call me and said as usual the same story, your complain has been forwarded, it will be resolved on 31th july.
I am not sure how many more times do flipkart want to do this.
The response i get all time is, "sorry for the inconvenience and it will schedule a new date for resolved (Not installation & demo.). I am not sure what the hell escalation team is doing over there. There is no point blaming a person who picks the call, the escalation team is just useless to be precise.
On a general note,
1. I am not the first customer to go through this. I've been seeing a hell lot of complaints like this in this particular page.
2. My 10 days return policy date already expire, flipkart don't want us to open the package as the warranty won't be covered neither they wanna send a technician.
3. I order it on 1st july, it is about 1 month, i am not sure my product still 12 month warranty or 11 month, (Flipkart told me it start on installation date but on whirlpool product registration page want purchase date not installation date)
Please help me:
I want installation& demo of my microwave.
My microwave is still in box pack condition and i did not open it, waiting for the installation.

July 10, 2020 (posted date) from Rocket Commerce.
There's no order ID # so I can't include anything else.
Please respond to my cancellation and refund my money!
