[Resolved]  Flipkart — tampered warranty with laptop

I bought a Lenovo laptop from flipkart. On flipkart, in product details, it was mentioned that there will be 1 year brand warranty. After product delivered to me on 21st Jul 2019, when I tried to register the product on Lenovo website, it showed that warranty is already started from Dec 2018 and now only 6 months more warranty is available.

I tried contacting flipkart for this issue using various platforms like Call, Chat, Twitter, but I didn't get any proper solution on this. All I got is a ticket no, and assurance that my issue will get resolved by 4th of July.
Now issue is, products return period is till 1st of July and ticket resolution date is 4th July. So if my issue doesn't get resolved by 4th July, I will not be able to return the product.
Also, as of now, flipkart is not agree to raise a return request.

Just a note, as Lenovo site is showing that warranty is already started, this means, someone has already registered this product with lenovo, which also means that I got a resell product. Which is again fraud from flipkart as they are selling this product as new product.
