My name is Anandhan I m using axis credit card card no[protected]. I purchased one product from Flipkart on 9th oct 18. Regarding that product issue I requested Flipkart for return they accept and refund the money to my credit card . As they said I received one mail from flipkart in that they mentioned (We're writing to you about your refund of your MarQ by Flipkart 1 Ton 3 Star BEE Rating 2018 Split AC - White order with order ID OD[protected].
We’d like to confirm that the seller has refunded Rs.15799.00/- to your Axis Bank Credit Card account, card number: 530562******1077 on 12 Apr 19 with bank transaction id: 5391058570556065003050 and auth code: 078957. This amount should have been credited by 22 Apr 19. ) But till now I didnot received money from them. I contact with flipkart many times and also with bank side but not yet my problem is resolve.

    Reason:- Failure to commit dead line, several time phone call initiated, but no fruitful action yet been received.
    Reschedule date for delivery of Product:- 17th june 2019(2PM -8 PM)
    No commitment is fulfilled by flipkart till 18.06.2019. several communication done with flipkart through mail or telephonic conversation, the date was
    1. 03th June 2019
    2. 07th June 2019
    3. 09th June 2019
    4. 10th June 2019
    But every time it is assured that problem will be solved, so it is nothing but time killing strategy of flipkart. As a result they also assured today that fruitful result may be provided till 21st June 2019. The payment already been provided to flipkart. Do needful so that the product may shifted within 2-3 days.

      I have ordered for realme 3 on 10th may and flipkart delivered it by 11th may. after using some days i have faced some problem related to software and battery, so i raised a complain of replacement.
      After lots of harassment they replaced it by 24th may and I received a damaged product. On that same day i requested for return but flipkart continuously rejected my return request without even a tech visit. i have complained several times but every time they ask 72 hours for resolution. In this way my 10 days return period was over and they firmly said that they can not refund my money. when i ask for the exact reason for my return cancellation they are unable to give the answer and ask to contact via mail. I have also mailed but they again failed to resolve my problem and at last they did not reply my email. I have attach the screenshot of conversation with flipkart person over email and my damaged product photo.
      I want my money back as soon as possible because its almost a month but still the problem is not resolved.

        I ordered a Mobile (realme 3 pro) in flipkart on 1st June and the delivery date is given as 7th June but the delivery hasn't reached me and I called flipkart regarding the delivery and they asked me to wait for few days and I waited and on 11th June flipkart agent called me and asked to cancel my product and reorder it and I done it. On 11th June I cancelled the above product and ordered again for this product the delivery date is given as 16th June and this product is also delayed in delivery. When I called flipkart regarding the delivery they asked me to wait 4 more days for the delivery as they said before for my last product. They are just simply saying it as a ekart logistics problem but this is so not fair.

          I have ordered realme 3 pro via Flipkart supercomnet seller about a month back. The order id is OD[protected]. I registered return because of earpiece defect and hanging issue. The technician accepted it. But the return is rejected three times. First time the wishmaster not even attempted once to pick it up (no single call). Second time the customer care executive entered a wrong address (which I didn't tell). Third time wishmaster contacted me but he is asking me to take the product and give it to him at his affordable location (25km away from scheduled pickup address). The replacement is arranged for fourth time now and by the same courier partner. Could you please send the replacement through any other delivery partner (like Blue Dard, ekart, etc). I want this issue to be solved. Kindly help me out.

            request on flifkart. But you are rejected my return request because of not
            enclosing the FRI copy to your mail. At this issue there is no fault from
            my side to enclose FRI COPY. This is completely your fault. Here I am
            enclosing My order tracking detail copy, Order Invoice, and some screen
            shorts belongs to my order details for the proof.

              As I would say that I have ordered a mobile 'redmi note 7S' on 15, june 2019 via flipkart online shopping website.

              And Whenever I track, its status appearing as it will be delivered by 17, june 2019 that is already pass(Still showing they will deliver on past date)

              I wanted to gift this mobile on my sister birthday that was on 17, june 2019.
              I visited without any gift, because her choice is redmi note 7S.

              Now, I am completely frusted and harassed by flipkart. My Time and all becomes waste. How can someone play and make fool to some customer.
              Every body has respect and all. But whatever flipkart has done is completely trouble.

              And in this way, govt. should not give permission to flipkart to sell and play with some customer.
              Because flipkart is fraud and cheated company.

              And i want file a case against flipkart.

                I'm a flipkart plus customer I have ordered many items in flipkart in last 3 years for me and my family members. Recently i have ordered a Kenstar ceiling fan and 2 days later I got a mail stating that my order was cancelled and my account was blocked. I called the customer care and they are saying my order list was not intended for personal use. I don't know what's wrong in ordering a fan. I called them multiple times they are not responding properly and I didn't even got refund for the cancelled product. Many of my orders are under warranty and I'm not getting support for those either. even the customer care service guys don't know why my account was blocked. Please help.

                    I bought marq ac fromflipkart in march, 2019
                    ac stopped working suddenly .
                    i am complaining to marq, jevves, flipkart for last 3 weeks continuously .
                    no one is responding. no one is listening . very poor after sales of marq by flipkart . no customer supoort .
                    1) After making 100 calls to them, finally a technician arrived from jevees last week named as mahesh wih reg. no. as [protected] .he said ac PCB is not working .
                    2) since, my ac is under warranty, it need to get replaced by company .
                    3) by calling marq they say, they didnt receive any update from jevves service center about pcb replacement
                    4) by calling jevees service center they say they didnt receive update from any technician .
                    5) by calling technician, he said he has informed service center .

                    I HAVE mailed to marq also, they say they will resolve matter . but no resolution for 3 weeks
                    i am tired of calling them, complaining them at call center for last 3 weekswith my issue still unresolved .

                          I have ordered an Marq product on Flipkart 20 days bacl and got the Product delivered on 3JUNE2019. Installation was supposed to be done in 2 days after delivery. but no one from Flipkart or their service team called us to inform us of any delays. after contacting them several times . I contacted them on the day of promised installation date, only to be informed that it will be installed by another date. now even the date of return of product is passed and i believe this online retailer is committing fraud by promising false promises and not delivering what is promised.
                          Yet installation is pending.

                          And already i have purchased 2 more Marq products but i am afraid about service . And i want to return all marq products .

                            Recently I have purchased an item from flipkart.com and delivered within 15 days but they are promising to deliver within 10 days. Although when I received the product, it was totally different from the picture shown in it's app or website. I read some comment of other products and lot of customers are just harrasing for misleading through wrong images. The actual product image and the shown image are total different. I have Lodged a complaint to the Flipkart customer care but they unfortunately do nothing. I was so see some other e-commerce website like Amazon, shopclues but they are showing the actual images, not misleading customers. Flipkart truly these days misleading it's all customers.

                            He is my question why Flipkart send the different item or misleading customers with misleading images. This is called misleading selling trick. In the beginning Flipkart was good and service was too but now it is just disgusting. I request government to see about my count on and take steps against misleading customers.

                              I am using flipkart from last couple of year and flipkart suddenly blocked my account without informing me. I escalated the issue with consumer care and they told me that my recent purchase is not for personal use thereby blocked my account. I am a chartered accountant not a shopkeeper. This is totally rubbish. I also asked Customer care to provide me consumer grievance email id but they are not providing. Another example of misconduct with consumer.

                                I have ordered same product two times, but they always fake promised they will get delivered, around 40 days waited, but both times they cancelled by their side and blamed on me, everytime evry executive told me wrong information, they are just fake, worst service ever. Everyday i took follow up, everyday the gave fake promises, which never they completed, i wasted a lot time, even ordered again still they only frustrated me, please help me, there executives are worst than anything

                                  I received a faulty 32 GB SanDisk SD card around a month ago. And for that I raised a request for return.                                     Did not receive my complete order. There were 9 items. Item no 3 was a combined offer, comprising dawat basmati rice & fortune soyabean oil. I did not get rice 5 kg. In the morning i checked rice was not there. Your delivery boy kept it or the company didn't deliver it. It's a small thing for me but now onwards i will not buy anything from flipkart as you people are cheaters & i will bear this loss thinking that i have donated to some needy person. So bye bye flipkart. Your loss because of your deeds. I can't help. You are Responsible for your deeds.

                                      I orderd relay channel module and jumper wire on 8 june 2019 and received just jumper wire in box when item was received so i requested return of item missing in flipkart.com and seller rejected it so i tried again seller rejected it again too i tried to contact customer service they said they will resolved issue till 17 june aka 5 days and its 18 today they have blocked my flipkart id saying high number of returns= 2 item missing + 1 phone return once .
                                      They say they will transfer issue to concern team which is [censored], they never contacted me and i never got a single call from flipkart i had to call them daily to regarding to item missing and my id blocked . Seller name TechWiz.

                                      27 june still no response form flipkart and they wont help and no refund too . I wont buy pluse wont anyone else buy too in my society since most of them were pluse member so let them know too how flipkart has started to steal money form users to cover there loses .

                                        I had purchased a hindware Callisto water from flipkart on 26 of may 2019 and it got delivered on 31 of may as usual although product is good but the problem is no one came for installation even after 15 days .
                                        I had also complained about . They had given me the solution also they said install it by your own pocket we will refund the immersed amount . I had contacted the hindware for the same but they do the same no one came to install and at last I had installed it by one of the local shop
                                        And they installed it in 1149 RS when I contacted flipkart and ask for refund they refused to refund and now want that 1149 RS which I spent extra on that to. All the bill and supportive documents are attached.

                                        They first understood the case in detail and after being satisfied by my all proposition shown to them they initiated the refund in my giftcard balance.
