    I Purchased MarQ AC 1 ton 3 star from flipkart, it is installed on 01st June, i paid RS 1599/- to flipkart as installation charges. the next day it self the AC is not working from 2nd June, so i put return request to take the AC back. but now the flipkart is saying, they are ready to pay the only AC amount and not going to pay any installation charges. so please help me to get my money.

      I have received the product on 28th may 19 but still waiting for installation and today is 10 th Jun. Every time i called customer care, they will say one story about that they asked for installation and will be done by today . Even they cannt understand what i am asking. today i called arount 10AM. Gagandeep recieved my call and making same story. what ever i asked same i will raise for installation. Really very frustredted. Even i asked for return the product but unfortunately same story i will forward call for installation.

        I have ordered (1 + 1) 2kg of Wonderland California Almonds. Yesterday I have received only 1Kg of Almond. But flipkart has put the status as I have received the 2kg of Almond. This is really a bad name for Flipkart and the untrustable delivery boys.

              They were hosting a sale. I got a pendrive in the sale for around 1000 rupees. It said to be usb 3.0 with write speed at around 30MBPS and read speed around 75MBPS. But when i received the product and checked for speeds the write speed maxed at around 7MBPS and read speed around 30MBPS. I tried to contact them they said they can provide a refund only but when i ordered the product page showed 10 days replacement policy. They kept my 1000 rupees with them for 2 weeks and then asked me for sending the product back and take a refund.

                Hi Sir, Ma'am,

                I had ordered Acer 21.5 inch Full HD IPS Panel Monitor worth Rs. 9129 from Flipkart which was delivered to me on Sat, Feb 2nd '19 However since the Monitor had dead pixels on the display i had requested a return for the same on Feb 03, 2019 for which i received an email from Flipkart stating that your return request has been accepted by the seller. But after this my return was cancelled from their side. I called the flipkart service center and they informed me that there is some problem from the logistics department and that they are again creating a return request for me but even the second time also i received a message that my request has been cancelled after waiting for 3 days. I again called them and got the exact same reply from them like above and they again created the return request which also got cancelled. This went on for 2 to 3 months, the return used to get cancelled every time and i had called them so many times that i have left count. I even spoke with their supervisors so many times but they always failed to provide a resolution. Then one time one of their customer care supervisor advised me to write a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com which i did and got a reply from a guy named Anand Jha. He assured me that he will look into the matter personally and will make sure that this time i get my return. He asked me to wait for 48 hrs, i waited and received a call from him after 48 hrs with no resolution and told me he is still investigating the matter and that he still needs 24hrs. This went on for around 4 to 5 times and i had emailed him multiple times. I told him if they can't solve the problem with their courier department even after 3 months then provide me Refund but he always denied that. He always told me that he is investigating the matter with the seller.

                Now it has been almost a month now since he last called me, even worse no one from [protected]@flipkart.com is replying to my mails now. This has costed me alot of time and effort let alone mental agony. I'm writing here as my last resort to help me get my refund back. What is shameful and highly unprofessional from Flipkart is they blocked my Flipkart login Id due to high number of returns! These returns were cancelled from their end only. They are making a complete mockery out of their customers.

                I want Flipkart to take the faulty product back and provide me a Refund.

                    On 3 june 2019 I ordered a mobile phone worth 10990 from FLIPKART and made payment through visa debit card and on 4 june 2019 I cancelled the order. On 5 june 2019 I got a email and text message that my money has been refuded but till now it has not been deposited in my account. I have contacted the customer of Flipkart so many times and they said that the refund is done from their side now it is bank who is responsible for the amount to be deposited. So I contacted the bank customer care and and visited branch personally so many times and the bank is saying that no refund has been done yet. I am very tired now please help me

                          Hello, I have called and mailed many times to Flipkart and I’m not able to login my account for almost 15 days now. Every time I get a reply from support team of Flipkart saying they have observed a TREND in my purchase history which shows that the products in the history and not for personal use. I have given my best explanation but, Flipkart support team doesn’t have a proper reply. Only just because I have purchased products(Appliances) near to ₹ 2 lakhs in last 1 year this is the responsibility of the company??                             I had purchased a phone named redmi note 5pro through my friend's account

                            Product had got many several problems like software errors and network problems
                            Since it was a xiaomi product I showed that phone to their service center to register a complaint, they told that report cannot be registered because it was a refurbished phone.He had complained this problem to flipkart but there was no proper action towards his complaint.we are going legally to report this problem and stop ordering items through flipkart and going to publish in social media and news paper about the cheating of flipkart.

                                        I have ordered an Asus Zenfone Max pro M1 on flipkart with order id OD[protected]. I found out that the display was faulty and raised request about this. Not knowing initially that it was the screen, I said the problem is the phone was dead or a battery issue. When it worked again I realised the issue was the screen I raised the request again. Now without the technician visit, they have cancelled all my replacement requests.

                                        I raised a replacement request why am I being refunded. If it is a refund why am I getting onlly 4295 instead of 9600 which I paid.
