[Resolved] Flipkart — technical officers make promises and didn't keep up | |||||
I have ordered lg ac on 24th march 2018. I ordered 2018 model ac but i have been given with 2017 model. For this flip kart arranged for technical officer visit on 28th march. Flip kart technical officer kalil bhai and abdul made promise that they will provide the replacement product on the same day when they did uninstallation but i haven’t received any replacement on the same day. Kalil and abdul made promises that they will do installation for free of cost for the replacement product. But now they ask me to contact flip kart directly. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the installation of the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the installation is completed. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
