So after keeping us waiting for 15 days purely due to negligence and deficiency on your part now you are telling us on the one hand wait for another uncertain period and on the second hand you dare to say not to reply to your such dictatorial response. It is our legal right to respond to each and every letter addressed and sent to us.
We hold you and your merchant fully liable jointly and severely for all the suffering, trauma, waste of our valuable time and monitory losses we suffer for all the period, till the product get delivere, punisheable under the consumer protection act 2019. All our action entire you risk and cost. Make a legal note of.
