[Resolved] Flipkart — Terms and conditions towards product exchange and rejected for a problem not mentioned in your terms and conditions | |||||
On 8/10/16, delivery boy came with my ordered product od[protected]. Xiomi mi 5 phone. I had an exchange of my lenovo. But the boy rejected the product and ordered me to cancel my order. Then i got a message that customer rejected the product. I am not the one who rejected. You are the one. Before this i had already read your terms and conditions. My product is not a stolen one. No illegal activities occured. No financial claims. I perfectly packed my product with original invoice and all accessories without sealed the box. But you doesn't mention anything about the condition of exchange product. The boy refuses with a reason of broken screen at the bottom. This is a serious irresponsibility from your side towards customer service and i cancelled all the orders ordered from your site and i decided not to visit your website again. You are the worst.
