[Resolved]  Flipkart — the delivery boy is not accepting the replacement

You are cheating the customers, you send me a broken phone and your delivering boy is not ready to replace the item, still he have the new phone. Flipkart accepted the replacement and send a new phone, but your delivery boy is not accepting my old phone.
He is saying that it is not during their service. But i got the broken phone when arrived. I hope you will resolve this problem.
One more thing i wanted to add to you, your courier service is saying that i am dening the order but it not true they have the item and it is not given to me.

Finally i got the replacement. It is by the continues complaint i given to them. they solved the complaint after the 3 complaint reported by me. Anyway it take a loot of time to resolve the issue.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

This is a big problem. I already faced this problem on last year. The Flipkart didn't do anything on that issue. If the Flipkart doen't done anything for you, must go for CONSUMER COURT. Never allow Flipkart and that currier agency to cheat more people.

absolutely. I request all the support from Flipkart customers on this issue. I belive it is a good chance to show the Flipkart, how the customers are united against a common issue.
They give me the dead line as 31May. Let's see what will they do.
I and other customers will be there for any help. You don't need to worry. For any help you can contact me.
What is this? Shame on you Flipkart... it's really shame. Why are you doing this type of action? If you are not able to control your logistisic team, then get out of from this.
Don't cheat custmores like this. Bcuz of them only you are on this stage. So beware.
Very poor service from flipkart. They cancelled my order after 5 days of order. And when called they are saying it is cancelled from seller, if I want I can buy another. But the offer which I got last time I can't get. They are thinking consumers are ###. **** you flipkart.
