Raavi here, I ordered Sujata powermatic plus with chutney jar watt -900W Juicer Mixer Grinder (3 Jars, White) ( order ID -OD[protected] on 12th March 2023 with an expected delivery date of 20th March 2023. On 20th March 2023 at 12:15 pm I got a message with OTP with delivery time till 9 pm from Ekart. Again at 6:21 pm on 20th March 2023, I got the message that the product will be delivered tomorrow. On 20th & 21st March 2023, I didn't receive any call or message person in real from Flipkart. But as I checked the delivery status of my product on Flipkart on 21st March 2023 it was showing that my product was delivered with OTP confirmation on 20th March 2023 at 11:55 pm. How funny is it? How can Flipkart app do this? No call, no message, no delivery executive then how the product was delivered? I immediately contacted with customer care executive, he assured me that issue will be resolved by 24th March 2023. On 23 rd March 2023 again Flipkart was updated that my issue was resolved. Again I contacted with customer care executive, he again assured me that issue will be resolved by the 25th of March, 2023. Again on 25th March 2023, I contacted the Customer Care executive, this time they said they can't do anything as this was an OTP delivery, Next time you should take care of this. What should I take care of? When no one came to deliver the product, no phone no message, no delivery executive. The Ekart delivery companies and Flipkart do the scams. I want compensation from Flipkart. I Hope Flipkart will resolve the issue.
