The item was promised to be delivered on 25th Feb. It reached the nearest hub on 22nd Feb. However it has not been delivered yet.
On 25th nobody from the delivery team contacted me. I myself called the delivery person using the phone number provided in the sms - where he gave me false information regarding the delivery time(9-9.30 PM), which is surprising because the exchanges do not generally happen after 7 PM.
Now I've been following up with flipkart team and there has been no information from their end. Even today(1 March) they are telling me that they will come up with an update in 48 hrs. This is just a waste of time and unnecessary mental harassment from their end.
I had taken the product on a no cost emi, which has started now. If they cancel the item now, who is going to bear all the charges that the bank will levy me? Who is going to compensate for the mental harassment that I have faced since the last couple of days?
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
no update till date. The call centre guys cannot connect me to the backend team, backend team doesn't reach out to me. The expected resolution date was 2nd March and now it has been pushed to 3rd March. However, no update or information regarding the delivery of the product. Just pathetic service all round by flipkart.

    I get a pop up in facebook and then I click on their site displaying the one plus earpod @Rs.99 I thought it was a wonderful offer so then click on buy now then filled my address after clicking payment option debit card or credit card they have deducted the payment of Rs.12, 922.71 of just purchase of Rs 99/-.w/o any receipt or order confirmation. Please help me to get my amount back.

        I ordered OnePlus ce2 lite from Flipkart and Flipkart delivered it on 18 Feb but when I open the box charger is missing and phone was hanging and i submit request for refund then they rejected it then i submit request 2nd time they rejected but third time they accepted and they send technician to my house and he didn't check my phone and rejected it then i contact multiple time Flipkart but they give me a next date but they didn't solve my problem please refund my money

          Flipkart agreed to process the return & refund for the Avita Liber V14 Ryzen 5 Quad Core Thin and Light Laptop (Rs.31990/-) which i had purchased from them, as it was giving charging issues & the brand was unable to fulfill the warranty.

          I am following up for 4 months on this issue and each time a new Flipkart CS team member calls back & gives false assurance that they've escalated the issue and that the pickup will be done soon.

          It is really sad that a consumer has to experience this poor level of Customer Service from a company like Flipkart.

          I request help from the Flipkart Senior Support team members to intervene & help in the resolution of this issue on priority.

                I purchased shoes skechers go walk 2 - hyper walking shoes for women nvgr 9 13954 from Flipkart on 16.02.2023, product was delivered on 21.02.2023 while i checked this product their is size/fit issue on product after that i raised return request on 21.02.2023 same date, Flipkart send message that return pickup date 27.02.2023, on 27.02.2023 I got message from Flipkart that pickup cancelled with tracking id fmpr[protected] without contacting me. I contacted multiple time and raised multiple complaints for return pickup but still they did not pickup or refund amount in my account. Every time they closed or mislead to customer .                     I purchased a sansui fan from flipkart and there is some manufacturer defect for which seller accepted the return and in Flipkart the return got scheduled but no one from flipkart is coming to pick and few later it get canceled and the reason is logistics issue i have raised the return for this 3 time till bow and everytime same thing is happening they will cancel it after few days and no one contacts me or give proper response. Its been 2 months since the complaint for warranty is filled.

                      My account has been blocked by flipkart due to which I am unable to log in to my account. Without any warning or intimation to me they blocked my account. I had return an item and get my money back. The last date of return is 1/03/2023 and since I am unable to access my account, I cannot raise a return request.

                      Please help.

                        I have been requesting flipkart customer care guys to update my phone number as I don't have access to the present number the account is linked to. I have raised this request 10 days back but nobody is working upon it. The worst part is they have deleted the previous number from my account and I have been logged out from the account post that and I can no longer login to my account and can request for call back. The toll free numbers available is not allowing me to talk to any customer care executive. There is no follow ups happened till now if my issue has been resolved or not. So careless to even follow up to check if the customer complaint has been resolved. I have forwarded my id proofs also to [protected]@flipkart.com multiple times but every time they will ask me to send it again. I feel blocked and helpless now. I personally feel they have pathetic customer care services and they are quite rude also. It is much better to switch back to Amazon as I have very pleasant shopping experience over there.

                            My redmi 12 pro mobile was delivered in the morning, delivery agent asked me to pay 950 INR at the time of delivery after he assessed my phone which was marked for exchange (Redmi note 7s) which I paid through paytm (1:56pm). My order was delivered to me and exchange phone was handed over to the delivery agent. However I am not able to see my order delivery status yet being updated as delivered, also not able to see the exchange value of my phone. Please expedite and share/update the details.

                                i have bought one mobile having order no OD[protected].
                                Day first i am complaining regarding this defective items.
                                No one is responding properly ! Just wasting my time !
                                Its harrasment to me as bought new phone by paying 17000 and its defective since day 1.

                                Avoiding this complain cause me to go consumer court with harrasment case of 10Lacs.

                                Never experience such an unethical / unprofessional practice by ony marketing sites.

                                27 days, continuously notifying ! Still no action ! shame it on flipkart team !
                                No one from flipkart team trying to resolve issue ? How long this Flipkart ? Very soon close if this approach! Peoples responsible should ready with their layoff and look for another job ! Rediculous flipkart

                                        I had ordered a tempered glass cover for My mobile . I had received the item but the order delivered was different from the one I had ordered. I tried contacting Flipkart customer care, but they said there is no return policy on the item, though it was clearly said it can be returned if found defective. I would like a refund for the item.
