Myself Yashaswini.K, I am suffering with flipkart return policy and seller "OmniTech Retail" behavior on my return request. Firstly flipkart and seller doing these type of cheating and fraudulent things to customers by providing wrong information before and after purchase of items in flipkart return policies as flipkart has two tounges.
I have purchased *one plus Q1 pro series tv* in flipkart on 14th feb 2023.
I am trying to cancel or return my order that i got delivered on 15th feb
2023 due to the quality of oneplus brand and *still i haven't opened the
box even seal of box*. Actually I was tried to decline the delivery but
delivery agent suggested to return the product so that i supposed to raise
return request but i couldn't able to find return reason as like "*did not like the product*" as mentioned in the return policy by seller and flipkart promised as shown in the screenshot attached kindly verify it. I can see only damaged/defective/different brand received options in the reason of return that are acceptable while returning.
So i have selected other reason and raised return request and i got call
from backend team and they said your request got rejected as seller not
accepted your return request.
I have raised and connected with customer care executive multiple times and asked this concern then they keep saying irrelevant answers and cut the call. If seller not accepted my return reason(not liked the product) they shouldn't put the same line "did not like the product" in the return policy* is attached screenshot.
Hence they kept the line they should accept my return request and take the product back.
