I had ordered fastrack watch... I opened it.. The watch was missing.. I want my amount back any how.. I clicked the video & photo also with the delivery boy.. Please get back to me.. I will do the police complaint if you don't respond to me.. Please note it carefully.. I will viral this video which i have.. I was telling delivery boy to refund my money.. He is deined... Our work is delivered to product.. Thank god.. He was there when we opened it... Please i updated my bank details also... Want my amount back anyhow... Verified Support Sep 28, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about missing product inside the box. We had interacted with the customer and return is processed for refund and return is on hold. Once delivery status changed to delivery and return will get approved and customer will receive the refund withing 1 business days. Hence closing the complaint.
