I have purchased A ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 Ryzen 7 Octa Core AMD R7-4800H - (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q) M6500IH-HN701WS Gaming Laptop Quiet Blue " from flipkart and the seller is RKLAPTOP.
But I received different model of asus vivobook pro 15 i have got the invoice of my laptop in my registered email address and a hardcopy of the same inside the box. But it is to my surprise that the serial number of the laptop has not been mentioned in the invoice. You know serial number is very important for warranty.
Asus would not extend my warranty unless i have the serial number on the invoice
Therefore i have requested flipkart customer care and the seller RKLAPTOP to please send me another copy of the invoice in my registered email address containing serial number of the laptop.
Flipkart responded to my complaint and informed me that the seller RKLAPTOP can't modify the invoice that’s why they are asking my choice for replacement or refund i already told that i need refund but after that reply they are not creating any return request
So my question is, if software used by flipkart allows seller to generate invoice without serial number then there should be a facility to modify it. I think this is not the solution.
Please help me if you can’t provide me proper invoice then create an return request and refund my money back
