I booked the flight ticket two times because I tried 7-8 times that didn't work, and the last two times, it secured for the same person on the same flight, and everything was the same. So I canceled the flight within 1 Hour and I talked to customer care, and they told me I would get a refund for another flight, but I got 0.0 out of 139000.0. So again, I talked to Flipkart, and they told me we couldn't do anything. You have to call the Airline, so I called the Airline, and they told me we refunded your money. Flipkart gave me the wrong information because they don't want to provide a refund.

So, I need help with that because it's significant for me, and I feel depressed and frustrated.

    I order ps5 on 14th of October
    It was suppose to reach on 19th October
    I called for help on Flipkart and I got informed that it should have been reached to you,
    They asked me to wait for a day and still the product is at same motherhub of Varanasi, I even asked to pick it up from there itself as it is my brother’s birthday I wanted to gift him.

      I am a Plus Member of Flipkart account and i order many products of my account and i know the policy or return but now days in big Billion sale my many products cancelled by seller and u can check my history i lodge a complain about cancellation of product and not shipped order. I have already earn many coin in Plus membership. I have already order from my account and it's on the way but how can i recieve till my account not unblock.

          I had purchased motorola 10.5kg front load fully automatic washing machine from Flipkart on 10th October, which was out for delivery on 15th October.
          I would like to inform you that I am currently residing in Pune for my office work and this product got delivered to my hometown i.e. Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, where only my 10yrs sister and Mother reside.
          When Delivery person came to doorstep at that time only my sister was there at home. So delivery person kept the product and went back asked her to send the otp when mom will come back.
          When my mom came back she saw a dent over washing near door over front side. So she called me and then I called delivery person, so he told me that your product is in replacement policy and this product can easily be replaced better you keep this product with you and I will also complain from my end and then you will get replacement.
          But I had doubt, so I called flipkart customer support, she told me the same thing if delivery person is not taking or forcely asking to deliver the product then I can accept the product and she will create replacement for this and this will be replaced and she also created replacement request.
          Now from 15th October till now I have called more than 25 times to Flipkart to help in my issue.
          I also have call recordings with delivery agent and customer support executive call.
          But today they simply denied to replace by stating that this product comes under open box delivery and it will not be replaced.
          They just made me fool and left no option either to kept this damaged product by taking complete new product money.
          This is really frustrating and I heartily request please help me to this resolved as I am so depressed by getting damaged product in return of my hard earned money. I need justice.

            Dear Flipkart Team,

            I am writing to you for the seventh time in utter frustration due to the unresolved issue surrounding the delivery and installation of my Motorola Envision X TV worth Rs. 50, 000, which was delivered on October 19th, 2023, at 12:30 pm.

            Immediately after delivery, I received a call from a technician promising installation by 4 pm on the same day. However, after 1 pm, the technician became unreachable and failed to respond to my repeated calls. In fact, I made 38 attempts to contact him from 19th oct to 20th oct, all in vain. This level o[censored]nresponsiveness is appalling and completely unprofessional.

            Subsequently, I contacted Flipkart customer care three times, only to receive hollow apologies and vague promises of a resolution. One of your executives assured me that the issue would be resolved by October 20th, 2023. Unfortunately, this promise went unfulfilled.

            To make matters worse, the installation date was first extended to October 21st, 2023, and now it has been further pushed to October 26th. This continuous delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service quality of Flipkart.

            I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter. I implore you to take immediate and decisive action. Please ensure that my TV is installed before 1 pm on October 21st, 2023, through any means necessary. If the assigned technician is unavailable or uncooperative, kindly arrange for another technician to complete the installation.

                got a message in the morning that the guy is coming for the pickup of the old phone and then later in the afternoon they rejected pickup.

                  I am a plus member from past 3 years. Currently I have more than 300
                  supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
                  I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
                  I am willing to pay.
                  Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
                  not a reseller, I always order products for my personal use. Recently I
                  ordered 3 shirts (Killer brand) from you but the seller cheated me with wrong ones since
                  the product was under return policy. Although you people helped me but
                  after making several calls but I never complaint regarding the same. Then I
                  ordered Flying machine jeans and seller sent me jeans of different shape, size and brand. After
                  returning them flipkart blocked me.
                  and my multiple order is on a way which payment is done by flipkart paylater how i will get the updates and payment is already done,
                  Why should one keep defected items with
                  them?? Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
                  I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
                  taking actions on sellers and flipkart who are trying to cheat your customers you are
                  blocking your own customers.

                    I am writing to bring to your attention the delivery issue of a product I purchased during your "Big Billion Day Sale" on 8th October 2023. The product in question is the "BenQ TK700 (3200 lm / 1 Speaker / Remote Controller) 4K UHD HDR, Excellent Colors 96% REC 709, Up to 200 inches Screen Size, Sports Mode, eARC, 16ms Low Input Lag, 2D Keystone, 3D, Inbox Amazon 4K Fire Stick Home Cinema Projector (White)." The order ID for this purchase is OD[protected].

                    I placed my order on 8th October 2023 with the assurance of a delivery date provided as 15th October 2023. However, as the 15th October approached, I received a notification that the shipment had been delayed and the new estimated delivery date was pushed to 18th October 2023. I found this delay quite inconvenient, but I understood that such delays might occur. To resolve the issue and seek clarification on the delay, I tried to contact Flipkart's customer care support four times on the following dates: 15th October, 17th October, 18th October, and 19th October. Regrettably, I received no confirmation or update regarding the status of my delivery, which left me extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Flipkart. In an attempt to bring this matter to your attention, I also reached out to Flipkart through your official Twitter account on 17th October 2023. However, despite my best efforts and repeated attempts to communicate my concerns, I have not received any substantial response or information regarding the whereabouts of my order. The only response I received was an assurance that they are "looking into the issue, " which does not provide me with any concrete information or a resolution to the problem.

                    I find this situation to be highly inconvenient, frustrating, and unprofessional, as I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of the product, which I purchased with the expectation of receiving it on the initially promised delivery date. The delay in delivery has caused me considerable inconvenience and disappointment. In light of the above, I kindly request the intervention to investigate this matter and ensure that I receive the product I paid for within a reasonable timeframe

                      Have purchased wardrobe from flipkart worth Rs 10230/- on 10th October 2023 but have received damaged one and have asked for return.

                      As per their words they said maximum 72 hours I need to wait and my return pickup would be made but more than mentioned time have passed but still no pickup has been made neither had they returned my money back.

                      Who would be responsible for this huge amount??
                      Everyone has their budget how will i purchase another one??

                      Flipkart has really become a fraud Company just taking money from customer by fooling them.

                          I placed an order for Google 8 Pro phone on 8th Oct and the promised delivery date was 14th Oct. :ater it was changed to 16th and from 16th it was again updated to 21 Oct. I have cancelled the order and placed one more order.

                          Actual promised delivery date is 19th Oct and now they say its updated to 21st Oct.

                          When I contacted the customer care, the associate hang the phone on me but they dont give any proper response.

                            I have ordered Iphone on 7 October and Flipkart showed that it will be delivered by 11 October, on 9 October they misroute the product and assured that it will be given before 11 October. Then they gave another date of 15 October.Another date they announced of 18 October.Today is 20 October, I have not received my product.
                            If product is not going to be delivered on time, I am going to take necessary action about this serious matter.

                                My product got cancelled without my permission/consent

                                This year I am facing a lot of issues from flipkart delivery. How many issues I shall mention in this email.

                                Issue 1: Ordered Iphone 14 Plus : the product came out of delivery, but did not get delivered, and cancelled without my consent automatically. I filled out a form to reattempt delivery, still it's not considered. Why are you giving such poor services to a customer? Delivery boy cancelled the product from his end, and...

                                So may times we have contacted flipkart.

                                Till date the issue is not resolved.

                                We have received a broken tv from flipkart for which we have paid in advance. The installation officer from Jeeves which is flipkart's service had opened the sealed box delivered by ekart and the tv inside was with broken screen.

                                How many times we should complaint.

                                We have already informed flipkart on 14th October which was before 7 days time line. Everytime we are given 24-48 hrs timeline. But no one is bothered to resolve the matter.

                                Now we just don't need any replacement just take back your damaged product and refund our money.

                                I would like flipkart to take action against flipkart officer who promised us replacement within 48hrs.

                                Take action against the delivery people who have delivered the broken tv and the sales team who has sent us this broken tv.

                                Our grievance number 5049597 with national consumer helpline was closed by flipkart updating wrong details

                                    As I have ordered the Camellia Blue color and mode no is RR21C2H25CU/HL but I recieved Silver color product and model No. is RR21C2H25S8/HL.
                                    Many times I was trying to contact flipkart customer care they cancelled my request. As they are not replacing or refund.
