[Resolved]  Flipkart — They are denying to provide me service

Actually, I had purchased marq 1.5 ton AC from flipkart along With extended warranty. But now during last 4-5 months i have bad problems with the cooling and technician from jeeves (official partner of flipkart) dint fix the issue.

Later, I logged complain to flipkart, jeeves people dint respond to them as well.

Lastly, they told me on call that we will provide you 70% Refund of your product amount and i had demanded for my extended warranty amount as well because I have not used it.

They just tell these things on call no email confirmations on this...I am tired asking them in the email, did number of follow up but no response from them, later they keep on telling me that we have already addressed your concern, let us know you need any further assists.

PS: all my conversations went through their social media Twitter because they never respond to my emails, chat or calls and that was the only way for me to get my Money back but still they being fraudulent there too.

Find attached herewith invoices, chat, follow up conversations copies...

Also, please know that I have been waiting for this since 4-5 months...

I had recived an email from [email protected] and [email protected] They always call from different numbers, and they just tell me on call that they will refund the 70% of the product amount this is because seller(Jeeves official partner of flipkart) is not responding either to me nor to flipkart. I tired reporting my complaints on [email protected] because this is official email but they don't respond, so I had approached social media and then I had received back to back 4 calls from different people and they had said the same thing on call. That, they will give me refund, I always ask them to give me that in email, but they never give. And yesterday, they just said on social media that we have already provided you with resolution, what else we can help you with? I was like wow, where did they provide solution? Where is my refund? Today, it was worst thing, I had received 2 fake calls on the name of flipkart, those guys were ready to pay me those refund amount, they were asking me for my bank account details but I never shared with them. You, see how and what things are going on? I have all of these things recorded in my mobile, Flipkart customer care people who confirmed me on call that they will give refund and these fake calls.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Still no updates from them. Where are we with my issue? They promised me for refund and now after sending them bank details these guys not at all responding to my email...
