I have received a e-gift card from prism johnson but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 3 voucher no anyone redeem showing me an error

No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to prism johnson & when i called to prism johnson they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint.
