Today I saw a offer and I just ordered it and paid 498 rs for the IPHONE 14 .
I thought it might be a bug and I just ordered it and paid the sum.
I would request to catch them and give thwm a strict punishment. And please return my money back ASAP because I have been cheated and I will be grateful to you.

They cheated me around 30000 Rupees and they telling to invest more otherwise you won't get your money refund please help me in refund

      I ordered customized wall clock.
      Order ID : OD[protected]
      I sent them pics to the number provided on the order. but the clock having unknown pics. return policy is available till 17th July. But we opened the order on 20th July. Now we realized that we got wrong product. Could you please replace the wall clock with proper images or refund the amount?
      I contacted flipkart customer support also. They are not helping out on the issue. Its annoying to get the wall clock with unknown people photos.

        Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

        I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with my recent purchase from Flipkart. On[protected], I ordered a G Shock watch with Order ID OD[protected], and unfortunately, I received a duplicate product that lacks several essential features and specifications present in the original product.

        Upon receiving the package, I was initially excited to unbox my new G Shock watch, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I noticed that the watch I received appeared to be a counterfeit or duplicate product. There were some obvious differences between the duplicate and the authentic G Shock watch, and I have listed them below:

        Missing Internal Bluetooth Connectivity: The authentic G Shock watch is known for its advanced features, including internal Bluetooth connectivity. However, the duplicate product I received lacks this crucial functionality.

        Missing Specifications: Several specifications and features, which were clearly advertised on the product page during my purchase, were completely absent in the received duplicate product. These missing features include [list any other significant missing features here].

        I promptly initiated a return request through the Flipkart app, hoping to get the issue resolved quickly. However, to my dismay, my return request has been rejected more than five times without any valid explanation or resolution. The lack of communication from your end regarding the issue is deeply concerning and leaves me feeling disregarded as a valued customer.

        I must emphasize that this experience has left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Flipkart. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted Flipkart for genuine products and excellent customer service. Therefore, I kindly request you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a prompt resolution.

        Here are the steps I expect Flipkart to take:

        Accept the Return: I urge you to reconsider my return request and accept the return of the duplicate G Shock watch as soon as possible.

        Full Refund: Upon successful return, I expect a full refund of the amount paid for the product, including any shipping charges incurred during the purchase.

        Quality Assurance: Implement stricter quality checks to prevent such instances of counterfeit products being sold on the platform, which could potentially tarnish Flipkart's reputation and harm customers' trust.

        Better Customer Support: Improve communication and responsiveness to customer queries and concerns. Promptly addressing issues is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

        I sincerely hope that this matter will be treated with the urgency it deserves, and appropriate actions will be taken to ensure my satisfaction as a customer.           I have ordered a custom decor solid wood semi-open book shelf honey solid wood open book shelf (Finish color -
          Honey) rosewood (Sheesham) | big bookself with 10 day replacement guarantee and unfortunately delivered a small wooden sideboard on 02.7.23.
          The order was delivered by courier in sealed condition with invoice label and they never unboxed the item and shown me that the item was as per actual ordered item.
          Subsequently after unboxing it was found that the item delivered is a small sideboard and not the solid wood semi-open book shelf. The flipkart customer care was immediately informed with a complaint [incident: in[protected]] to replace the wrong item and all the relevant pictures of the delivered item was shared. They also informed and assured that the issue will be resolved by 14.7.23. Incidentally, the return deadline and cancellation was 12.7.23.
          On 15.7.23 they informed that the replacement and return request of mine has been declined though i shared all necessary pictures to them and once again the fresh full pictures of wrongly delivered item was shared with label.

          Incidentally, flipkart was knowing that there was going to be a wrong delivery beforehand and did not take any preventive action to wrong delivery.

          Therefore, necessary immediate measures are please be arranged to cancel the order and return my money. I had enough harassment in this context and i am attaching all relevant testimonials on this context.

Replacement request created and flipkart ensure me to replace it by 16 jul but till 20 jul no return or replacement taken place. Now customer care service also Don’t care about customer problems.               I bought a coffee table from flipkart and was delivered on Jul 1st. I found out the table is wobbling as it seems that the legs arent of the same size. Hence raised a request for replacement on Jul 6th. Since then have been getting assurances of technician visit, then getting product replaced… then getting it returned but no action has been taken by FLIPKART so far as on Jul 20th. I want the product to be fixed or the item to be returned.

                    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding the cancellation of my order without any prior communication. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the unprofessional and negligent conduct of Flipkart, and I kindly request your intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken.

                    . As per Flipkart's estimated delivery time, the products were supposed to be delivered within [Delivery Timeframe]. However, despite the promised delivery date, my order was not delivered within the specified timeframe. I patiently waited for an additional 10 days, hoping for a resolution.

                    During this entire period, I received no communication from Flipkart regarding the delay or any updates regarding my order. The lack of transparency and failure to provide information about the delay is highly unacceptable. I was left completely in the dark, unable to make alternate arrangements or seek assistance.

                    To my utmost disappointment, after 10 days of waiting, I received an email from Flipkart stating that my order has been canceled due to reasons unknown to me. No explanation or apology was provided for this abrupt cancellation, leaving me bewildered and inconvenienced. I had relied on Flipkart as a reputed and trustworthy platform to fulfill my order, only to face this unjustified cancellation without any just cause.

                    This ordeal has not only caused me great inconvenience but also resulted in wasted time, effort, and money. I had specifically chosen Flipkart for its reputed service and commitment to customer satisfaction, only to experience a complete disregard for customer loyalty and care.

                    Therefore, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

                    Investigate the circumstances leading to the delay and cancellation of my order without any communication from Flipkart.
                    Ensure that Flipkart provides a satisfactory explanation for their actions, including why the order was canceled and why no communication was provided to the customer.
                    Hold Flipkart accountable for the inconvenience caused and ensure appropriate compensation for the wasted time, effort, and any additional expenses incurred.

                      We have purchased two Apple Watches one is 7 series and the other one is 8 series vide in voice No. Order ID: OD[protected] on 8-7-2023 and received on[protected]. I tried to pair the 7 series Apple Watch with my IPhone. As it didn’t work I went to Apple service centre and they told me it is a duplicate watch as the serial No in the watch and the invoice are different and the case of the watch also different from original Apple Watch. So kindly advise

                          A month ago, I got credit increase offer on Flipkart Pay Later but now I'm unable to make any payment from it.

                          Several times, I tried to pay bills using Flipkart Pay Later but it always declines and a message pops up saying "Transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks." All the transactions are genuine.

                          Please fix this.

                            I have ordered LG convertible 6-in-1 cooling 2023 model 1.5 ton 5 star split ai dual inverter 4 way swing, hd filter with antivirus protection ac - silver deco(RS-Q19RNZE, copper condenser), order id-id-OD[protected].
                            Flipkart delivered wrong product the product i received was a bean bag .
                            Since then I am calling and contacting Flipkart to arrange return pickup but till date I received no resolution.
                            I ordered the product on 19th June 2023 and it was delivered to me on 22nd June 2023.
                            I am chasing Flipkart since then, they set investigation all the time and come up with the resolution that seller rejected return.
                            The last conversation I had with Flipkart executive Prithvi and incident raised is in[protected].

                            Am I ever going to get a resolution from Flipkart or I should consider loosing my 40, 999 rupees .

                            I raised this on social media as well, but looks like Flipkart don't care for its reputation.

                            Consumer forum is my last hope now.

                              Ordered airpods pro from Flipkart and seller is hydtelretailsales. The product received is duplicate. Noise cancellation doesn’t work, serial number on the bill and box is different, model number doesn’t exist as per apple. Warranty shows expired.

                                I have ordered FUBER MENS SOLID WHITE SHIRT (qty 2) from Flipkart.com worth of Rs. 838 on 2nd July 2023. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. Later I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account on 10th of JULY 2023.

                                I waited till date(18th july2023) but didn't get the message for money refund to my bank account. I called to my bank's Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com.

                                  On May 6th i got a call asking to share otp to update the account . i have disconnected the call . later my flipkart account logged out . i called to customer care they have not responded properly . at that time i am unable to see my flipkart later balance also then again i called to customer care then i came to know account was hacked and some one ordered iphone 14 using my paylater balance via emi . now that emi is effecting my cibil

                                    Product order on 06 july 2023 and received on 11 july 2023 bt when I received the product i saw the product missing from packaging and then i am immediately contacted customer care and they created return request bt after 2 days seller cancelled my request and from that day i am struggling to get my refund

                                      Flipkart grocery has tie-up with local sellers who can cheat you like anything. I had a horrible experience with flipkart grocery.

                                      My issues are as follows:
                                      1. First there is no outer packaging of grocery items like normal flipkart outer packaging. The local seller delivers them loose.
                                      2. Delivery person just throws the item at your door step and dont let you even count them, forget about inspecting the items.
                                      3. In my order, first, the seller cancelled one of the items just before the delivery, that's ok, they may not have it in stock.
                                      4. Order was just thrown at doorstep, and delivery guy just eloped, there was one missing item and one item (ashirvad chakki ata) package was torned.
                                      5. I called the guy, he replied that he will deliver the missing item and check the damaged product, but he never came back and marked order as delivered.
                                      6. I complained with flipkart, they asked the seller and refunded Rs.1 for missing item (original price 78 rs) as it was bought in a deal (shop 699), so deal is illusion, seller can cheat you this way.
                                      7. Complained for damaged item, Flipkart asked the seller and rejected the return. As for flipkart sellers are more important than customers. I sent them damaged images. they didn't value customer's concerns.
                                      8. This way, I felt cheated and flipkart has shown no concern in this. They rejected my requests for sellers feedback.
                                      Pls don't fall prey to these local sellers cheating through flipkart grocery. Don't buy anything from flipkart grocery.
                                      Sorry, flipkart I have to write a complaint on this platform as you do not resolved my concerns through help centre. I have been a loyal customer since past 12-13 years.

                                        Please be informed that I bought a Oppo f21 pro phone from flipkart on 7th August 2022 and I have been using it till 6th July 2023. On 7th when I woke up in the morning the phone was completely dead.. Hence, I contacted the Flipkart helpdesk in chat and they advised me to take it to the Oppo service centre and they confirmed it is under warranty. So, I took it to the Oppo service centre and to my shock they said the motherboard is corrupted and the phone is not under warranty because the phone IMI was activated on June 4th 2022. How is it possible when I got my phone in hand on August 7th, but as the service centre record it was activated on june 4th. Hence, the service said it could be a refurbished phone where in I bought a new phone from flipkart by paying. I have attached the invoice copy for reference. Then I raised a ticket IN[protected] with Flipkart desk and they said I have to wait till July 13th and they extended till july 19th Why should I wait for so long when I have a proof of invoice that flipkart sent a faulty phone instead of a new one. I want an immediate solution as my phone access is very important to me. This is really annoying and makes me lose trust on Flipkart. I have been a regular customer who purchased many products from flipkart. .

                                        So far no action has been taken from flipkart even after chasing them many times.. Its a completen scam

                                        The issue is still nit resolved.. Flipkart sent an used phone and now went faulty which is still under warranty and they are ready to replace
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
