    I have ordered huawei band from flipkart at 2019 seller send me fake product i request replacement and seller send again same fake product i complaint for the same and flipkart blocked my account saying high number of returns.

      I have ordered a pixel 6a at flipkart with exchange of my old phone. At the time of purchase it did not ask me to provide a IMEI number. At the time of delivery my product was valid from their verification app yaatra. But IMEI does not match with the delivery person application. It shows like IMEI did not match. The thing flipkart did not even ask the Old phone IMEI number in the first place. I have cancelled and reordered, the same issue keep happening with flipkart

          My flipkart paylater account with [protected] my flipkart account was blockled due to which i cant pay my paylater bill but after research i came to know that paylate is being given backed by the bank idfc

          so i just login to the idfc with my details and i have seen my pay later emi i have fully paid the emi

          the payment was updated in the idfc system but it has not being updated by the flipkart in their paylater

          after complaint they marked 1 payment entry and 1 payment of 2839 is still not updated in their flipkart paylater

          i have talked to them so many times but they not responded

            Security breach by using may old phone number and my flipkart account

            My old phone number is being used by some other person "Raju" whom i don't know and never ever shared my mobile number as well. Flipkart customer care is unable to reach and this person is using my account for almost quite long time now. Tried all the possible way but still that number is there with other person and i am keep on getting the notifications in email for some random orders.

            Prepaid order for AC OD[protected] was not delivered but Flipkart hasn’t refunded yet for the return . I’m waiting since 25 April. Flipkart customer service now says they can’t trace the return and do not know the seller’s contact. Hence the refund request is not processed

              I had placed 2 order crompton cooler with extension warranty ..one was done on 15th April 2023 or the other was done on 25th April 2023 both orders was cancelled & returned .and i have only received cooler refund .. not extent warranty refund which is 799/- each cooler ..status is showing cancellation requested but not canceled not refund initiated yer…customer care executives didn't answer my questions and .. I already registered my complaint but no resolution provided by flipkart ..they only procrastinate my issue .. very bad experience I'm very loyal & old customer of flipkart .&.but this is pathetic.. 1800/- is not a small amount..

                    My flipkart account with Mob no [protected] and email Id [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked since 27th April 2023.
                    I am unable to open my account..

                    Ive contacted customer care through phone [protected]..
                    But they are not able to unblock my account.. And told me that it is permanently blocked by system because of returning products in flipkart.

                    Ive returned only 3 wrong products in last one year and placed more than 20-30 orders

                    This account is important for me and I am using this for past 6years..

                    Please do the needful to unblock my account.

                      I purchased a sound bar over Flipkart on April 13th and I found the product doesn't meet the specification mentioned over sites. It's 5.1 set and the back speaker is not working properly. I reported this issue on the 17th before expiring the return policy. The return policy was expiring on the 20th(7 days) and the team didn't respond within these days. Even though I connect them via chat before expiring the return policy, their response was " I request you to wait till the given time frame and one of your team members will contact you soon". And I could see that on the 24th they updated my issue status to resolved status and rejected the return even informing me without any proper update or solution.
                      And then I contacted the customer support member over live chat and she told me that it was a technical issue and raised the request again. And at the end after a few days, I got a response: "The return policy expired can't return the product".

                      Here I reported the issue before expiring the policy, but the team members responded to my concern after a few days of expiring the policy and now saying the policy expired, and they can't return. I'm losing my 15, 000 money on here. Still, now I didn't get any proper resolution from their end for that defective product. Really the product is not useable.

                          So i ordered the product on 18 April, 2023.
                          And as mentioned by Flipkart i received it on 24 April and because i didn't really like the product and packaging was not good, neither the product was good.
                          I placed a return request which got approved and the scheduled pickup was on 28 April, which due to some reason didn't happen and i called customer support of flipkart and a timeline was given to me till 2 May that my issue will be resolved.
                          I am writing this of 3 of may 12:45 AM my issue didn't get resolved.
                          What really happened is whenever logistics team sent me the text that the product is out for pickup, nobody really came and after the an hour of the text "out for pickup" a text comes to me which says "its unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances/we couldn't reach your address" and what not.
                          When nobody ever reached me out.
                          When i reached customer support for the same they kept of on repeating the same thing wait for 2 May, you issue will be resolved.
                          Someone said backend team will call you around evening and will give you reason with resolution, nobody really did.
                          Someone said rest assured it will surely happen on or before 2 May.
                          Someone said you have network problem or if ekart is near you reach out them for help.
                          Someone it may be because network were unreachable.
                          These someone were customer care executive of flipkart and no one really resolved my issue which was going to be resolved on or before 2 May, even in app its updated that you refund will be generated by 1 May, my issue is still not resolved and their team has already put up a message on the issue that your issue is resolved when it isn't.
                          It was going to resolve on 2 May, but now at 12:52 AM i can see they have updated it with your issue is resolved.
                          Why flipkart is fooling their customers?
                          That how i am a valuable customer of flipkart?
                          Why haven't i got my refund till now, when it was 2 May and according to Flipkart it was 1 May?
                          Why everyone in the Flipkart team is fooling me with the answers like please wait your issue will be resolved and they have updated the mail thread with your issue is resolved when it isn't?
                          Fooling their customers for real.
                          Very bad experience.
                          I am writing it this in this forum, i hope you will understand my problem.
                          Please find the screenshot for the same.

                            Its being 2-3months i have been contacting flipkart and also idfc for the noc and they are just playing with it. Due to this issue my credit score went all the way from 750 to 665. Whenever i contact flipkart says it will take 1week 2week 45days nothing happened .now in my cibil still due is showing and the account is active. The flipkart paylater have been closed by flipkart

                                I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order
                                #OD[protected] for the POCO X5 Pro 5G, which I have not
                                received even though the delivery status on the app shows that the
                                product has been delivered on[protected].

                                I was surprised to find that the product was not delivered to my
                                doorstep, despite receiving a notification that it had been delivered.
                                I have also checked with my neighbors and the security staff in my
                                building, but they have not received the package either. It is very
                                surprising to me that I did not receive a single call from Flipkart,
                                nor was I asked for any OTP at the time of delivery.

                                I am writing to request your urgent attention to this matter and
                                investigate where my package has been delivered. I have already paid
                                for the product, but I have not received it yet, which is causing me
                                great inconvenience. Therefore, I request you to provide me with a
                                solution as soon as possible.

                                I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and get

                                  2441.30 Rs. Deducted from my credit card on the name of M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR, P:03, 0000882 ( Ref# 09999999980413004970378 ). This is happened on 13 April, 2023 without my knowledge and authorisation. Flipkart resolve this issue and refund the money as early as possible.

                                    I was ordered a product in Flipkart on 4th April2023 by using flipkart pay later EMI. Order id-OD[protected], product amount-12249/-, EMI-4172, when I ordered flipkart confirm me the delivery date of this product was 17th April 2023, but they weren't delivered to me. Due to delayed delivery I was cancelled this product on 19th April 2023.After cancelled my order flipkart promise me the refund amount cleared within 28th Apri23, But till now not cleared my refund amount, On 1st May the flipkart pay later bill was generated where includes my cancelled product EMI amount of Rs. 4172/-.how can i pay for already cancelled product. Kindly do the needful.
