First of all the customer service of Flipkart is very bad and unsatisfying as there is no contact with their customer care.
Anyway i want to reactivation of my Flipkart account

    I am Arun sharma. I paid the pay later payment for the April bill and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

    Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the April bill.

      I opened a new account and ordered few products and I got some different style shoes
      After that I created a return request for them but my return request was getting continuously rejected and I call Flipkart customer care executive. They told me that this is an technical error so you have to create a return request again and my return requests are getting continuously rejected so that the number of return request for a single product goes up to 10 times, and there was four products which I have been received different style so that the system detected high number of return requests but those products did not get returned yet. It’s been almost 3 months but my account is still blocked I am continuously contacting the Flipkart but they are not understanding my problem. Hope now Flipkart will unblock my account.

          I have been using my flipkart account registered with my email: [protected]@gmail.com since so many years.
          And, I had another account which was accidently registered with my mobile number, later got deactivated.
          Now, I am unable to update my mobile number to my account registered with email – showing error as “ user already in use”.
          In order to activate my flipkart pay later option, I have to add my mobile number, which is not possible now due to these technical issues. I have contacted their customer service several times, but no use.

            I order a msi laptop from flipkart named: msi alpha 15
            After 2 days o[censored]sing it i saw some windows errors which i know are cause by hardware problems. So i placed a request for a return and replacement and flipkart promised me a technician visit but after 7 days (end of the replacement period), i got a message saying that my problem has been resolved which haven't really. I called the support staff but they kept saying they will look into it, then i contacted msi india, they told me that the return has been accepted by them and somethings wrong from flipkarts side.
            By making false promises and failing to follow through, they have only caused me stress and headaches for the past seven days. At this point, I don't even want a return or replacement I just want a refund so I can find the identical laptop somewhere.

                I ordered a msi laptop from flipkart named - msi alpha 15

They accepted and i got a message from they that a technician would be sent but after 7 days of that (end of the replacement period), i got a message from they saying that the problem is resolved but i got no technician visit or a reason why they kept canceling my replacemnet request this happed not once but 3 times far they've gave nothing but stress and headache for past 7 days by giving fake promises and resolution, at this point I don't even want a return and replacement, I want a refund so that I can buy the same laptop from elsewhere.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 4 star split inverter ac - white on 30th may 2020 with order id: OD[protected]
                  for a consideration of Rs. 36090 paid via Axis bank credit card. The product got delivered on 5th April 2023.

                  The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

                  There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart technician informed me that the product can’t be fixed. Enclosing the service report.

                  I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending the email and by calling the flipkart customer care but despite all my pleadings, flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is indeed regrettable. Which you are liable to compensate to me. Flipkart not resolved my problem.

                    Dear esteemed company,

                    I am writing to express my deepest disappointment and frustration with the delayed delivery of my product. It has been weeks since I placed my order, yet I have not received any updates on when I can expect to receive my purchase.

                    Case 1:

                    I ordered a MOTO E13 a week ago; the expected delivery date was March 31, 2023. However, I thought I wouldn't be available on the 31st, so I rescheduled my product delivery date for April 1, 2023 (i.e., on Saturday). My estimate is that the order should be ready by Friday. Out on Saturday for the delivery status to be confirmed. But here, it did not happen. Saturday's total also showed the shipping status. I took my time and set my tasks aside, awaiting the product's delivery that day. I called customer care in the evening, and they said there was an issue with delivery logistics and told me to wait for the next day's delivery. How will you people tell customers to wait, as you have mentioned expected delivery? It isn't your responsibility to make sure that the products are delivered to customers on time. Is it the reason you give the customer to wait, and we will deliver it when we like to deliver it?"

                    Case 2:

                    On Sunday, i.e., on April 2, 2023, I ordered another mobile Infinix Smart 7. I got tricked again by the same-day delivery. It didn’t happen. I waited yesterday. You people gave the same reason yesterday: "technical issue, technical glitch". Is it the customer's problem or yours to be updated and followed up on? Flipkart is such a massive e-commerce platform, and you are giving these reasons?

                    To add insult to injury, the customer support team has been nothing but harsh and unhelpful. Every time I call to inquire about my order, I am met with condescending remarks and a complete lack of empathy for my situation. On top of it, I called a customer care executive at 7 p.m. regarding product status and wanted to know about the delivery issue. That executive kept on saying, "Technical issue; we can’t find details. Please call us after 2 hours." Seriously? On top of that, when I asked them why they will schedule a call when the systems are done, they replied with a harsh tone and hung up.

                    Is this how we treat our customers? Is it my fault or yours? What wrong did I ask? I asked for a proper explanation of why the logistics got delayed. I have to wait so long to know what went wrong with the logistics delivery.

                    I am cancelled my Infinix Smart 7 too. I'm hoping to avoid Flipkart as much as possible.i learned my lesson. Thank you for the eye-opening lesson you taught about how trust and confidence can be shattered in customers who believed in your service.

                    Such a lame, perplexed and preposterous act and service I ever came across from a well reputed e-Commerce.

                          I ordered ADIDAS Gallivantor M Running Shoes For Men

                          on dated 10 march 2023, product was delivered on dated 14 march 2023, but shoes delivered, were defective. I raised a compaint on date 17 march 2023 to replace the adidas shoes which was torned and defective. Flipkart told me to send pictures of the product with boxes and bill also. I emailed all the pictures of product. They arranged the pickup and replacement of product on dated 23 march 2023, but wishmaster or delivery guy did not accept the return and told me that he did not replace the product. He denied to replace the product. After that i raised the issue on flipkart. They again arranged the replacement on dated 26 march 2023, but this time also delivery guy (wishmaster) did not replace the product and denied to replace the product. I again contacted Flipkart customer care they give me assurance to solve the problem till 31st march 2023 but they did not resolve the probblem. Again they give me assurance to solve the problem upto 1 april 2023 till 9 PM.
                          But again they did not solve the replacement problem. Again i contacted the customer care they now give me time upto 5. April 2023. I think they will not solve the problem. Very pathetic and bad service by flipkart. No action has been taken on customer complaints instead used the hardcore money of customer for one month.

                            I bought a sofa ( Flipkart Flipkart Perfect Homes Porto L Shape Fabric 6 Seater Sofa
                            DIY(Do-It-Yourself)
                            Seller: RM HOme Sofa Manufacturer) on EMI. After the order was confirmed and payment was done, the seller started calling continuously telling me to cancel the order since they don't ship it to my location. I tried to cancel but the product was not eligible for cancellation and hence even after repeated trials it couldn't be cancelled. The seller harassed me to cancel the order. The item was then showing 'shipped' on 20th March on the Flipkart app and delivery was April 5, 2023. On April 04 2023 the delivery date was again changed to April 29, 2023. I want to cancel my order but the Flipkart customer care says I cannot. The EMI is starting to deduct money. Please resolve this ASAP or I shall take legal action against Flipkart and The seller

                              I reported this issue on same day when wrong product delivered. Flipkart said due to technical issue we cannot return this but trying to refund the amount. After that they said they need time 24 to 48 hrs to solve this issue. On 5th feb they emailed me regarding this matter and said to send the account details for refund and told that within 7days refund amount will come. But still nothing happen and then they show that they solve this issue form flipkart side in app.This msg appear in app. On 12th feb again I got a call from them they said within 3 days amount will come but still they are just fooling me and nothing happen. till date no refund

                                Dear TEam,

                                I have ordered redmi note 11s 5g phone but i have received the phone 4g variant. now when i asked to return and refund the about then flipkart executives are not ready to take complaints also.
                                this is not expected from flipkart.

                                I have order phone 22 nd mar 23.
                                received phone on 27th mar 23.
                                i have tried returning phone on 28th mar23
                                but they have now registered complaint on 29th mar 23. but now no update received yet.

                                  I am not able to login to my flipkart account after reactivation of account. The website does not allow login with otp and asks to contact customer care. Even after talking and complaining to customer care, the login issue is not resolved. I got a message today that you can now login and account reactivated, still not logging in.

                                    Recently I purchased ambrane wise stud smartwatch from Flipkart. In which the display was damaged.whenever i touch the display the left side of the display goes inside the bezel which shows it is clearly damaged. I have asked for replacement but Flipkart customer car executive many times have abruptly hung my call and they ask pictures even though I have sent 10 images already they say the image are insufficient for validation.

                                      I had ordered a combo pack of aqualogica glow Plus dewy sun screen instead I received a combo of Neutrogena sunscreen that too completely fake I had researched about the fake product it does not have mentioned any ingredients in its list it comes in a pack of 118 ml where has Neutrogena only makes products of 88 ml max

                                        I have ordered LITHARA water purifier cover on date 11 MAR 23 Order ID OD[protected] . Item was delivered on 14 MAR 23 . I have created return request of this item due to size issue. But it has been automatically got rejected 4 - 5 times without contacting me for pickup. Each time i contacted help[ center & they assure me for resolution in next 4-5 days. But still my return has not been picket up. Same issue with my second order of Shymor water purifier cover also. Order for this product has bben placed on 22nd Mar 23 order id -OD[protected]. I want to return both product & want my refund. I have created return request within time & request is getting cancelled again again by flipkart & extending time for resolution but all of no use till now.
