I ordered on Flipkart order I'd OD[protected] and ekart Tracking I'd FMPP[protected]
The delivery boy is not picking up the order by saying" मैं नही करूंगा पिक अप तुम से जो होवे वो कर लो" This is very horrible that you hire this type of worker.
Please take actions against the delivery boy and pick up my order otherwise I will take this matter to consumer court and file a case against you and delivery boy.

    I had ordered a 5.1 ch z906 home theatre.l costing 22k, I opened it and the woofer had a cracking sound, i check there was some broken piece inside the woofer and a corner of woofer was broken too.
    I raised a replacement request within th e policy. Since then it has been metal torture. 3 times the request got auto resolved saying the seller has rejected. Then after multiple calls and mails and over 14 days of following, and sending images of everything, flipkart asked me to give consent for FIR. I filled that too and sent, then it got auto resolved again saying I didn't send the FIR. I legit have the mail trail with me. They are just extending the resolution days and not doing anything.

      I purchased Playstation 5 GoWR edition from Flipkart
      I received that product but in the box GoWR codes is already used on the Name of Rahul irani
      When i complaint to the company they ask me 24 hr from last 5 days
      I provide all the information which they need but thing is that
      I don’t want to return my ps5
      I have waited last 2 yrs for this game
      Flipkart told me that if no options available they give me 4999/- gift card
      But they told me they are unable to resolve this problem…
      On the behalf ps5 I already Purchased extra controller worth 5399/-
      Sony charging dock worth 3499/-
      Call of duty worth 4999/-
      Ads on worth:- 8325/-
      Supposed I agreed to return ps5 only
      What about my ad ons
      Its wast thats mean..

      I want onlye my game codes that’s it

          Dear sir/Madam This is regarding my (Case ID: FLRT-E3DWY6-9MAOJJ-TT9995-BP8QHNU) regarding Thomson LED TV purchased through flipkart along with extended warranty for 3 years no. CPFK[protected]. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have encountered with my three-year extended warranty on my Thomson LED TV. I purchased this warranty from flipkart.com along with my Thomson LED to protect my investment and ensure that I have access to prompt and efficient repairs in case of any issues with my TV. Recently, I noticed many black spots on the screen of my TV which are increasing every day, and I immediately contacted flipkart.com to avail of the warranty service. The representative informed me that a technician would visit my home to assess the problem, and I was glad to hear that your company had partnered with a reputable service provider to handle warranty claims. When the technician arrived, he inspected my TV and accepted my claim. They found that the LED is defective and beyond repair. He informed me that the LED has manufacturing defect & was non-repairable and would need to be replaced. he also appraised the same to some executive after sharing he pictures & videos of defect and told that there is defect in LED and not repairable. However, to my surprise, the insurance executive online, who was handling my claim online denied the problem of black spots on the screen, stating that such black spots were not covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty. May be the executives are trying to avoid the warranty claim or flipkart has appointed persons without knowledge of policy term. I was extremely disappointed to hear this, as I believe that the black spots on the TV screen were a direct result of a technical issue & manufacturing defect and not caused by any external factors such as accidental damage or mishandling. I reviewed the terms and conditions of my warranty thoroughly, and to my knowledge, there is no clause stating that black spots on the TV screen are not covered under the warranty. I would like to request that you review my case and ask flipkart.com to provide me with a suitable resolution. I believe that the black spots on my TV screen are a legitimate warranty claim, and I would appreciate it if your company could honour the terms and conditions of the warranty and provide me with the necessary repairs or replacement for my TV.I rely on my TV for entertainment and work purposes, and the black spots are hindering my ability to use it effectively. If it helps, I have enclosed a copy of the warranty document that I received from flipkart.com. It outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty in detail, and I hope that it will clarify any confusion regarding my claim. I would like to thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you soon. Thank you

                I ordered a phone costing around 31000 (Brand :nothing) from flipkart on behalf of benoy xavier. The order was confirmed on 5th april 2023. It was supposed to be delivered on 10 th april but they called on 9 th april but they were not at the right address. So they stated that the address was incomplete and dispatched it on 11 th april by 6 am to the nearest hub. These two places are nearby. This product has neither has been delivered till now nor reached the nearest hub. I called and complained but still no use. This is a high value order and package and this how they are handling this. The old phone was no longer working, thats why i placed order for the new one. If it's not been delivered on time, what is the use. This not the type of service i expected from flipkart or their courier service provider ekart. Very disappointed.

                  I have raised a complaint regarding receiving damaged item and flipkart asked me to reach out apple and for the same i have reached the apple but apple directly denied to replace that item they tld me that we do not cover phyical damage for issue releated to your damage contact the seller directly and after that i have contacted flipkart and they told me that kindly dont contact brand for this we will replace or refund your item with return and its more than asked time they are not responding to me indly resolve my complaint i am attaching the order ID and incident ID here kindly check it out and replace item asap

                        I have ordered dr. Alice face serum from flipkart. I received my order. When I was eagerly opening my order I noticed that the serum bottle got broken and all serum leaked fully... Very disappointment for me. The product has no return policy also such a irritatable situation. Why the hell they are doing like this carelessly I don't know. Either I want exchange order or I want refund my money back. Take action and kindly give me solution for this. Or else I will take action accordingly...

                          Even Though all my dues are cleared on time every month and my KYC is active till 2030, why is my Flipkart pay later not working? I don't have any loan at the moment and my cibil score is also alright then what is the issue? The IDFC bank confirmed that the account is running and active from there side. There is no problem from the bank. If I have to use my card to buy then why do I need to buy from Flipkart, while I can buy things from other apps which gives far better service. I had been calling them since 20 days and everytime they ask me to wait. The issue has not been resolved since then.

                            I am literally fed up of making calls, writing emails, and raising complaints to Flipkart Customer Care. I ordered a DishWasher through Flipkart on 25-Feb-2023. The order was delivered to me on 01-March-2023. Since it was a defective product, its top side was dented, so I wanted to get it exchanged for a finely finished product. So, I created a return request for the same on 01-March-2023. I literally had to make calls for exactly 9 days but there was no resolution from the Flipkart Team. On 10 March 2023, I received the Return approval from the Flipkart Team, mentioning that on 22 March 2023, I received a communication from the team that My exchange product will be delivered the next day i.e., 23 March 2023. But there was no Product delivered. I contacted customer care and reported the same to them. They conveyed to me that they are also unable to create the return request. In the end, they conveyed to me that the concerned team will get back with a solution but after 24 hours of last email they Blocked my Flipkart account so that I can't proceed with any Return/Refund/Exchange Request. Now it's been 2 months, still didn't get neither exchanged product nor refund. And now regretting why I ordered from Flipkart and also me and my family are afraid of online shopping.

                            This clearly shows that Flipkart is just trying to mislead customers and only care about the money and not to provide pleasant and comfortable services.
                            It's my serious request to the Flipkart Flipkart Support team to please look into this matter and help in getting it resolved ASAP!.

                              This is really the worst Flipkart exprience.
                              I had ordered Brother Printer worth Rs 9, 949 on 22/02/2023 and paid with credit card, but still not delivered. Everytime I call them, they say "We have raised the issue to higher department". I already got the credit card bill and paid for a product that I have never received. I told them, if you cant deliver, then cancel it and refund my money, They say, they are not able to cancel the order. Who is running the company then? The product is not even dispacted, so why cant they cancel it?
                              Everytime they give a same B**S reply that we will resolve you issue within 3 days but nothing happens.
                              Have some responsibility and empathy of what 10K Rs means to a common man.

                                OD[protected] I complaint about refund request of my Asus vivobook go OLED laptop 15.6 inch to Flipkart on 30th March, 2023 and a technician visit was arranged which the technician came on 7th April, 2023 to my house and did some basic troubleshooting but the problems like display flashing which occurs everyday 5 or 6 times with touchpad and sound problems. These things and that the technician had visited, I told Flipkart several times through mails and calls still they are sending mails about tech visit and not initiating my refund request.
                                Flipkart is giving contradictory information to me as well as the consumer forum that the seller has arranged for a pickup whereas in personal mail they are stating that they would talk with the brand.
                                Under these conditions, already my first emi has been deducted and the second one is approaching, therefore I need the refund immediately or I will take up this issue with higher authorities and disterict consumer forum.

                                Once again I state the the tech visit was done on 7th of April, 2023 Friday. I also have proof to support my statement. Sometimes the touch pad is also not working and under these conditions, I need either a replacement or full refund.

                                For your information, the first emi has already deducted by the bank and the second emi is also approaching but there is too much delay from Flipkart and the seller. For any kind of monetary loss, Flipkart and the seller will be responsible and I will definitely take the help of the law for compensation and delay.

                                  I order product on 28 march 2023 on Flipkart my order ID is OD[protected]
                                  Flipkart promise me my product deliver me on 12th march 2023 but on 11 th march they canceled my product without notifying me and and after waiting 14 days how they sudden canceled product when i try to raise complain they are not picking up my call and also not processing my refund amount.

                                        Above mentioned order was supposed to be delivered on 9th of April 2023 before 2 PM. However, I am still waiting for the delivery almost 2.5 days beyond committed delivery ETA. The product reached nearest eKart hub well in time. Ironically the hub is approximately 2 kms from the delivery address.
                                        Each day the status is marked as out for delivery in the morning and then the same is falsely updated stating no response from the customer. The truth of the matter is that there has not been even a single call made from eKart.
                                        In fact I have tried calling the shared number of the delivery person several times only to hear them disconnect the calls without receiving them.

                                        Only time they picked up the call was on the morning of 9th April 2023 giving me a tentative time of delivery as 6-7 pm while at the same time expressing their disinterest in delivering an exchange order (this order is for a cell phone with exchange option of an old one). But no one turned that day and responded to any further calls from my end.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        eKart has marked this product again as undelivered citing 'no response from customer' while there has been no attempt from their end to call me. In addition, I have made 20+ attempts to reach the delivery person over call which were rejected each time.
                                        And the same story continues even today. eKart again putting fraudulent and false update while making no attempt to contact me or having the courtesy to receive any of my calls.
