Dear sir /ma'am,
Im complaing about my my penasonic eluga i2's bettery. I was in jaipur for for some period with my elder brother mr begraj kerela qtr no - v-3, road no - 4, ganpatinagar, railway colony, ganpati nagar colony, 302006 but after getting the bettery i just came to my village and after that my grandpa died. So could not replace my bettery. So please replace my bettery whose details are as under —

Resolution: Information provided that it has crossed 10 Days Replacement Policy and 30 Days Seller Warranty, we don't take it back, , kindly have check with the service center with the paid services customer agreed hence closed the case from our end.
